Testing out two Volkswagen vehicles. The Tiguan SEL and the Atlas Crosstrek. The SEL It's smaller comfortable easy to manage. The Atlas is a much bigger car, it is solid and rides well which is comparable to the Q5.

I brought my Jetta in to get recalls fixed. The process was very smooth. It was supposed to take 2 hours, but only ended up being an hour and 15 minutes...and the best part, there is a Starbucks across the street to lounge while you wait.

If I had known that getting a new car would be so quick and painless, I would have done it a long time ago!! I met with Paul Fiorillo on a Saturday at 12:30pm to just look at a few different models to see what my options were, I never expected to leave the same day with a brand new Jetta! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional, but I was really impressed by Paul, Alan and Bill. I would absolutely recommend, with confidence, Nemer Volkswagen to anyone who is looking to get a newer car!!

Excellent experience with my recent purchase at Nemer. My only complaint is one I've had about Nemer for years (That is why 4/5 stars). They don't offer VW extended warranties. They are all third party. They claim this is for customer convenience - but in reality you know it's about the bottom line. They probably make more money off of third party warranties. The finance manager Tom was extremely nice, went through everything clearly, and double checked all items I had questions on. I've had terrible experiences with some in the past - but he was great. The salesman Mark did a phenomenal job getting me a fair price. It took some negotiating to get there and didn't happen on day one - but that's another great thing. Mark didn't make me feel pressured to make the deal. He is respectful and lets you know to come back when you're ready. I've bought from Cooley, Fucillo, and Nemer. By far Nemer is the best experience. Fuccillo has your classic wheeler and dealer salesmen feel. They constantly ask about getting you in the car today, won't listen to no for an answer, and don't seem genuine. My last experience there I told the salesmen it had to be a manual - but he wouldn't listen. They didn't have one in stock and he kept trying to pressure me to get the automatic that day. I never went back after that. Cooley was very eager when I initially spoke to them - however they didn't answer any of my questions when I tried to talk to a salesmen and follow up. At Nemer Mark would text or call back. (Even on days off he would let you know he'll look into it the next day). Even if at the end of the day they're all just salesmen looking to make the deal, they make you feel more welcome at Nemer.

While driving to work this morning, both coil springs in my front suspension snapped and my Jetta started grinding it's tires into the wheel well. This was terrible timing and I had my Jetta serviced at Nemer several times in the past. I drove straight there before 7:30 am before going into my office and Pam was able to service my car and have it repaired the same day. While the experience was not the most fun, Pam was able to help me quickly while I was in a jam, and my car was fixed while I was at work in about 4 hours. Thanks so much for the help and quick service. I'm glad to have my car back on the road same day!
