Once I did, I was told things were a bit behind as Pam was the only one in the service department—but that she had my number and would call me back. They went out of their way to get the GTI in the color I liked, in time for the VW loyalty credit. They did a dealer trade with a dealer in CT with just two days left before the promo expired. Everyone’s nice there from finance to sales, parts and service. My first GTI and it is fantastic. Fun to drive, lots of power, decent cargo area, cool tech, great handling. I’m getting 38mpg on the highway in Eco mode. It rips in sport mode!

Still kind of in shock. Jacob you rock!! I have never bought a car so easily before. I went in with my sister, she was looking at a car there and just wanted someone with her. That’s where I met Jacob, her and my sales person. I asked to test drive the smaller suv just for fun while she was working on her sale which was also very quick. We left less than an hour later with her coming up the next day to pick up her car and me still on the hunt of what I wanted. Well I found it less then two weeks later on the website, in transit a green Tiguan I emailed Jacob about the car back and forth as we waited for it to come in. When a similar model came in I went up to test drive put down an deposit, Jacob called car was in filled out credit application online gave my insurance information to him went to the bank for a check got dropped off at the dealership and less then an hour later left with a car. I still feel like I missed something and someone is going to come knocking at my door. No high pressure sales pitch, no let me talk to my manger, no keeping you hostage for hours. It was amazing!!!! Sorry for the long review but two different ways of finding a car and both of them were amazing. I would recommend Jacob and Nemer Volkswagen to anyone looking.
