This review is for Michael Flood. My wife and I were looking to trade in her car and wanted to test drive the Taos. We walked in the showroom without an appointment. The manager Jason introduced us to Michael. We sat down for a while and discussed our car interests. He pulled up a car we liked and took a nice test drive. We then discussed financing and agreed on a price. 4 days later, that car is my garage. Michael made the whole process from financing, registration, and insurance very smooth and answered all questions on the many forms signed. He said we can come back to help figure out some of the technology that is a bit overwhelming for trading up from a 2012 car to a 2025.

Jacob Hisert first met my wife and son at the beginning of our car shopping, and once we focused in on a Tiguan, I followed up to work with him. The vibe of this dealership is very low key, but the level of salesmanship is very high. We were given a punch list of several vehicles that were in the ballpark of our needs, and we were able to land on one that was a great fit. We were never pressured and Jacob never attempted to sell us a car, care plans or financing that we didn't ask for. It was pretty much a straight up deal, and that's what I was looking for. I'd highly recommend Jacob to anyone who hates high pressure sales, and is looking for a comfortable experience.

Though we didn't end up purchasing here (we went a totally different route) I wanted to leave a note regarding the service we got from Jacob.
