I recently bought a 2016 Passat from Nemer Volkswagen. The salesman was Carlos Rodriguez. Carlos was polite and very informative when asked about the attributes of the VW. He took as much time as was needed to explain the various payments, the warranty and the operation of the vehicle. He took my wife and I on a test drive and I was impressed with the vehicle and his understanding of the operation and build of the VW. To say I was impressed by Carlos would be an understatement......he is one of the most polite and knowledgeable salesman I can remember dealing with. Kudos to Carlos and of course to the rest of the staff of Nemer Volkswagen in Latham NY.

You can't compare this dealership to the others I went to. I was looking for a fun car to drive for around 30k. I first went to a Subaru dealership to look at a WRX. It took the salesman nearly an hour to tell me the price of the car (that they did not have) and to tell me I could not take it out for a test drive. They would sell it to me but I could not test drive it? Went to Ford and the salesman must have been in between doing lines of coke because he was hopping between Suvs, trying to sell me them when I wanted a sporty car. And only point to the high end cars on the floor before walking away. Didn't even go to fuluculo. They might sell you a car cheaper than anywhere else, but every little thing that comes in the car is cheaper than other dealerships (tires to start), btw my brothers Kia caught on fire after 20k. Finally there is Nemer Volkswagen. Walked in maybe 10 min before he gave me the keys to test drive a GTI. As I am a first time car buyer and fairly young I was surprised how well Mark (the salesman) treated me. Not to mention more features, more luxury and more room than the WRX. When I go looking for a car to replace this, I am only going to nemer.

Our new 2017 Tiguan S 4Motion not only looks like a bada$$ stormtrooper, with all the safety features its equipped with I'm sure it couldn't hit anything either! I have been buying from Nemer VW for over 20 years. I have always found them to be honest and customer oriented. Their service Dept. is excellent and is friendly and accommodating. Otherwise, why would I keep going back? I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I made my recent purchase from a sales person that I have dealt with on my last three vehicles. I told him what I wanted and he delivered it exactly. Love the car and it is a pleasure to drive. Also, he stands behind his sales and doesn't sell it and forget it. As noted, I give Nemer VW and its sales and service staff a Five Star Rating and will continue to go there.

Thank you so very much for the outstanding courtesy that was extended to me, when I called for assistance in handling my new VW Beatle. I was having starting difficulties, and was totally unfamiliar with all of the functions available to me, and how to get to them, by both the use of the various knobs and buttons on the dashboard, or proper use of the car key. My car was scheduled for an immediate appointment, and given a complete check up, so that I could be relieved knowing that there were no mechanical problems. I also spent well over one hour with a very well-informed young lady, who familiarized me with the workings of the entire dashboard, and also the car key. Thank you "Nemer Volkswagen" , as I am thoroughly enjoying my VW! I am now driving with confidence, because I have not only gotten familiar with my car, but also that I know that have a reliable and courteous dealership that I can count on for future service.

He doesn't beat around the bush, knows the vehicles inside and out, and cares about me as a friend and customer. Chris has expressed his affinity for the Volkswagen brand, and I guess it rubbed off on me. Through a series of unfortunate events, I have bought three Volkswagen cars through Chris in the past three years, and I would certainly contact Chris for my next vehicle, regardless of the company he is employed by at the time. This man is an asset to whomever he works for, and I would hire him myself, if he chose to work in my industry.
