Just recently purchased my 4th VW from Nemer. Started off buying a pre-owned vehicle, followed up with a couple leases, and just recently completed a purchase off a lease. Bob Catania was my sales guy each time and made the process as smooth as could be. No BS, no pressure. I knew what I wanted and Bob made it happen. Bob Catania has put me in 3 VWs and my boyfriend in his first VW. The experience is so pleasant. A few years ago, I brought my car in for an oil change and left a couple hours later in a new Jetta because Bob makes it that easy!

I have been satisfied with the service provided. We have bought/leased 5 cards in the past 5 years from the dealership. Bob Catania was efficient and I was able to get the car needed promptly.

Very poor experience. Always read between the lines. I now owe $4,000 from a lease when I traded it in and verbally was told I was "all set" for the mileage and dent to the bumper. So long as I purchased a pre-owned Jetta. The Jetta stunk like smoke, missing parts throughout the car a very poor detail job. Neither the dealership or VW will take accountability for anything. Would NOT recommend these guys. Dishonest and lack integrity.

Love the car, really dislike the dealer. I was lied to by Bob Catania 3 times, once to my face, twice over the phone. A vial of touch up and clear coat was part of my closing deal on my car. The deal was fair on the car, and I paid a little more because it was the model, natural aspiration, color, features I wanted. I was told 3 times touch up was ordered and it never was. Once I walked into the dealer after 2 weeks asking where the touch up was. Bob disappeared, came back in minutes and said it was on order. It never was! I emailed all the managers there and got a response on my next phone call in. Michael Ready offered a free 5 star detail to help make things right and take care of the swirls in the clear coat from the previous owner that I expressed I wanted to have taken care of if possble. Michael ordered the touch up for me and it showed up the following week. I picked up my car today after 20k service to find out the car finish was exactly how it was when I dropped it off, it was detailed, cleaned, but not compounded and sealed like the 5 star detail specified. When asked why it wasnt compounded, I was given a cockamamie excuse that my 2013 Jetta was too new to compound. I asked if compounding it by hand will fix the swirls, I was told no. They shorted on service even with their high tiered detail service. They didnt complete what the website promised. I was essentially given a 3 star detail instead. Wash, clean, leather conditioning. I've had enough, this dealership will never see my car again, I will compound it myself by hand. I already tried a small section of my car with Meguiars Ultimate Compound and its significantly improved, I havent even polished and waxed it yet. These people are incompetent from the top down, they care only about selling a car and getting you in and out of the building. They get 2 stars from me for offering the car which was low miles, and making the accounting easy and managed to not damage my car while in their hands. Some things we take for granted, with these people nothing can be taken for granted. The rest is a disaster. They've screwed up something every step of the way. I'll go to another VW dealer if I need specialized service. I guess you tried, but it was a weak attempt. You knew I wasnt happy and it didnt matter, you got my money this time, but never again. Love the Jetta SE 2.5 though, thank god for that!
