I had a great experience at Chu Vision for cataract surgery. I did not have to wait long to get in for an appointment. All of the staff members are open to answering any questions. I got the basic lenses, so I still need glasses for reading and to correct for astigmatism. I was very near sighted, but now even without glasses I can see well enough to drive!

I was going to send a card of gratitude for all the care I got at Chu Vision with my cataract surgery. From the moment we met Zach at the door, for the receptionists, the nurses, the intake people, the entire staff I was treated with the utmost in professionalism. To Dr Chu and the surgical staff, Kari, ( The Boss) I have profound respect and admiration. Looking forward to seeing you all better in 30 days. Merry Christmas and God bless all of you at Chu Vision. The only point of concern I had during this entire process was the hold music on the phone, when waiting to being connected. It was a loud knocking kind of music. Rap could have only been worse. Also today I received in the mail a thank you card signed by many of the Chu Vision staff. I was shocked when I heard that I was very entertaining in surgery singing a little jingle that I made up years ago. DID I REALLY SING IT? My oh my the medicine you gave me before surgery, must have been very potent. My humble apologies to all.

Chu Vision was very professional. Every staff member was so polite and courteous. I was nervous but after a few staff talked to me I calmed down. Liked how the Dr even talked to me every step of the way! Best ever.

Excellent service and experience. One suggestion, I've noticed using the yellow combination eye drops that my teeth are stained a little bit yellow. Maybe look into that. Thanks to all for great work at the clinic.
