I came to know the Chu Vision Institute through a sponsored ad on social media. I was curious about a free consult to determine lasik eligibility as this was something I’ve been thinking about for years. Upon filling the contact form I was texted by a rep who was able to answer my questions about pricing right off the bat which was nice. I agreed to go to the free consult. It was pretty long (I think I was at the office for 2/3 hours) but necessary to determine eligibility. Everybody was so nice and knowledgeable! I was pleasantly surprised about the pricing and financing available - if you have Care Credit it’ll be a walk in the park; I’m paying about 5k on a 24-month financing. I was scheduled about a month out for surgery (of my own choosing - because I needed my eyes for the rest of semester). The process of getting lasik was seamless and I felt supported along the way by everybody. The telehealth consult with Dr Chu helped reassure me more about the procedure I was about to get and consolidated the fact I was a good candidate with low risks. Day of I was a bit nervous but the nurses were very supportive. The procedure itself was fast and easy, Dr Chu talked to me through the entire process and I did not feel a thing. I’m on day 3 post op and recovering very well. I have never seen so well in my life and I’m enjoying every second of 20/20 vision. I want to thank the entire staff at the clinic - I don’t often go to fancy private practices but this one is absolutely worth it. Their marketing is very good but so is their customer service.

My vision now after cataract surgery at Chu Vision Institute is the best I have ever experienced in my lifetime. As a young child, I remember the day I put on my first pair of glasses and realized the leaves on the trees were each separate little identities. Now with advances in technology and Chu Vision Institute I'm no longer wearing glasses and am enjoying perfect vision.
From my first time walking in the door of Chu Vision Institute through surgeries and adjustments and my final lock in of my vision, I experienced the finest of care. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease and had all of my questions answered. Through each visit I experienced feeling as if I was their only patient even though the waiting room was full. I appreciated the undivided attention given to me by all staff including Dr. Chu. Chu Vision Institute runs like a well oiled machine with HEART.

Had cataract surgery with light-adjustable lenses. I was very nervous and Dr. Chu and his staff were unfailingly kind, considerate and reassuring. They spent lots of time explaining everything and decreasing my anxiety. I had to call them one evening after surgery and I was immediately contacted by the nurse. I am very happy with my vision and highly recommend Chu Vision.

Fantastic clinic. I recently got LASIK and the entire process (the evaluation/consultation, procedure, and post-operation) was smooth. The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped make my time there less anxious and stressful. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in receiving refractive surgery for their vision.

My husband’s cataract surgery’s went smooth as silk and his vision is really good after only a week . The Chu clinic made the entire process so smooth. They really have ironed out the wrinkles of having cataract surgery for patient’s as well as caregiver’s.

I had the PRK eye surgery at Chu Vision about a year ago and I am still so happy I did!! My eyesight was -5.0 before and it is completely different now. I had such a great experience at Chu Vision, everyone was sooo nice, flexible, informative, and so helpful through the whole process!! I definitely would recommend Chu Vision!!

Everyone was quite pleasant. The only issue that I have is that I waited too long after the nurse came in and took my vitals and everything but I waited way too long. I was there for an hour and a half Jess just for an exam.
