This is the nicest group of people you'll ever meet. From the greeters at the door to Dr. Chu they are professional, caring and very skilled at their positions. They have this experience down to a science. I was an 8:15 arrival both times. We stopped to get coffee and I was still home by 10:30. They do this without making you feel rushed. As a RN of 50 years (retired) I can say I've never had a more positive surgical experience. I highly endorse Chu Vision Institute.

I feel very blessed to have gone through my cataract surgeries with the Chu institute. I had a special lens put in which was an expected lengthy process for my particular lens . The staff were up front from my first appointment regarding the specifics and I felt very well informed as to what lay ahead throughout the entire process. I 100% agree with all the positive reviews I read before I became a patient. Great staff from the moment I stepped in the door no matter what their roles were.
My outcome has been excellent and it is
exciting to have better vision than I have had in 30 years! The Chu institute and its staff/ technology and expertise would be tough to beat . MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been a patient at Chu vision for more than a decade . I found CHU vision when I was researching medical pracitioners for cataract surgery . Dr. Chu perfomed my catatract surgery to a totally succesful outcome . The staff has been gracious , accomodating and cheerful. Lydia ( apologize --I do not know her last name ) --recently served me tea during my wait time. Service with a smile..I am more than pleased with Dr. Hassan --my new opthamologist . I have total faith in Dr. Hassan --he is thorough, knowledgeable and considerate. Dr. Hassan clearly communicates with the patient and instills great confidence . And confidence in one's health care provider team is more than 90 per cent of the battle ! 10 stars out of 5 for the Chu vision team..

Love the friendly environment. Doctor Chu is very good at what he does. They made the lasik procedure super easy and painless. The staff are amazing as well. I would highly recommend anyone here that is looking to get lasik done too. You won’t regret it.

The people at Chu Vision Institute are professionals from start to finish. I made an appointment to see if they could help me because I felt like my vision had deteriorated quite a bit in recent years and I was frustrated that all the money I was spending on expensive progressives wasn’t making me see any better. Their testing is very in depth and their diagnosis that I had cataracts was a complete surprise to me. I had the surgery and the results just a few days after getting my second eye done are remarkable. I now have 20/20 distance vision and only need mild readers. The world looks so much brighter and crisper. I am beyond pleased and so glad I went to them for help. They operate like a well-oiled machine throughout the process. I highly recommend!

I would recommend Chu Vision Institute to anyone looking at getting LASIK. Dr. Chu and his entire team are professional, experienced, and very friendly which made the entire experience very positive. After my surgery with Dr. Chu I was able to see 20/20 in less than 24 hours. If you’re looking for a place to get LASIK, this is the place to go.

Everyone at Chu Vision - and I mean everyone - is helpful and a delight to work with. The process - cataract surgery on both eyes with light-adjustable lenses - went smoothly and I was well informed and supported throughout by highly capable and caring people (from Dr. Chu, Dr. Heckman and Dr. Carlson to the extraordinary nursing, diagnostic and support staff) who were also very nice and fun - to a person. I enjoyed the staff so much that I asked if I could come back if I had a third eye (and got the kind of look I usually get, but with the universal Chu Vision twinkle). I’d recommend Chu Vision to anyone for cataract surgery.
