my experience with Watson's was great....most car lots with low ball you on your trade and charge at or above book on the vehicle you are looking at. Neither was the case with Brandt and the appraisal manager. I received a fair price for my trade and below book cost for the Ram I bought. Professional and most of all, FAIR! I would recommend Watson's to anyone, including family. Thank you, guys, for your service.
