Went in for car service. My husband was a Chrysler service technician and he diagnosed my repair and told me what the charge should be because he was unavailable to repair it. They charged me more than they should have even though I talked to them before they repaired it and they didn't have to diagnose anything. The car was repaired correctly, but the over charge makes me leery.

Wheel bearing replaced ,next day breaks rubbing and squeaking. Not happy.4wheel light is still on. I am going for inspection elsewhere to find out what you did to my car. I had no problems or noise from my breaks.

The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is because my buying experience with the team was pleasant and easy. HORRIBLE experience otherwise. LONG story but airbag came on the day after I bought it. I was told to not worry unless it stayed on (it was going on and off for long periods of times. Cut to now (it has been a few years) I want to sell. It hasn't gone off for a while. I asked them to take a look at it and was told, "it's a Chevy, you have to take it there". I said, but I bought it from you!" They said "it has been too long and we don't have the proper equipment. There is nothing we can do!" It has been a long time, I will admit, but I followed their instructions! I have also spoken to 2 other people recently that have had similar issues. I will NEVER buy anything from here again!

They're not honest here. I work hard to support my family and this dealership wants to rip you off. They will inflate every price you see on their website with dealership add-ons and tell you to kick it if you want a fair price. Avoid this place at all cost honestly. If you want a car, buy directly from the manufacturer to avoid these middlemen.

They worked with me on my trade in, which really made me happy, the salesman was great at keeping in contact, they put me into a jeep that I wanted, except I saw on their site (and was told by the salesman) it had features it does not have. Really watch closely at what features their website has for each vehicle and what it really is equipped with. I am really upset about the lack of remote start, one touch down top, heated seats and steering wheel it said it had. Nothing was done to take care of any of this either, I was told it was an error on their website and I misunderstood the texts.

Bought my jeep in January. Only 5 or 6 months of this car and the battery died. I pay extra for services at watsons and they didnt agree with taking care of the cost of the battery and said it would be $180...after I had to go there to get information cause nobody returned my calls. So I went elsewhere. Disappointing for sure. The life of the battery was already nearing its end. I dont feel that should be an additional cost

They told me they would flush my engine to see if my heat would start working on passenger side. NO HEAT IN MY CAR ANYMORE! They told me they removed a rats nest from my engine bay…. ITS STILL THERE! You want to lie and make customers pay for your own mistake?? Your business is garbage and out for money. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

Tried to help my mom get a vehicle from these people dealt with sales manager and another guy worst possible experience ever they don’t return phone calls never call u back and use an excuse when u do finally get ahold of them sent a bunch of wrong information over to the approval places I called the one finance company they said denied me and got approved within ten minutes! Don’t waste ur time with these fools!
