They are ok, pretty friendly. But I always arrive on time and still have to wait 15 mins or so after scheduled appointment time.

Wonderful reception and nursing staff, with caring and ungreedy vets. I like the fact that it's a large group because surgery hours vary and I can always find a surgery in an emergency.

They are one of the cheapest vet in London, although still expensive. They try to charge you with any reason they can find. The whole vet business like any other business in London is sick. You have to pay for insurance and the excess is 120 pound the what is this insurance? As you can see the 'free market' could not adjust the price on this field and many others. This is one of the example of the sick system.
