Goddard Veterinary Group Acton-Acton

Been very disappointed as of late with this Vet which we have been going to for years. The actually doctor who sees our cat is very good and knows exactly what your pet needs. He is also very good at treating our cat and makes him calm. The reception staff however in general are very bad as I asked for a prescription which I waited nearly 2 weeks for, only to be told by a lovely elderly female receptionist that it had been there for the whole 2 weeks. She apologised, which was very nice of her to do, but I was still disappointed as this has been the third time I have had issues with their receptionists. Overall a good clinic, treatment and cleanliness wise, but the overall admin hugely lets it down.
