I highly recommend First discount travel! Kelli was awesome! She booked our much needed girls trip down to Punta Cana. The hotel was wonderful! She adjusted our flights as needed and set up everything with our shuttle service and VIP. I am going to guess most people don't know about the VIP service in Punta Cana, but Kelli recommended it, and we could not have been happier! The only way to go down there!

My family and I have used FDT since 2014 and have always had a great experience! Kelli Garcia helped organize my destination wedding in Costa Rica in 2019 (with almost 100 attendees to coordinate) and has planned many family vacations for my husband and parents. She most recently helped organize a girls trip for me and 3 girl friends where we traveled to the Dominican Republic and had a wonderful time! Kelli always takes careful consideration when planning trips for me and makes sure to ask plenty of questions so she knows what kind of experience to plan out for us! Travel can vary from high activity to low activity, and she wants to make sure she knows your expectations before making destination and resort suggestions… and because of that, she’s never gotten one wrong! With COVID, travel has changed a little but all of the FDT agents make sure to educate themselves with COVID protocols that are unique to the specific destination - alleviating any anxiety regarding travel. I highly recommend anyone to FTD that is looking for exceptional service and expertise when booking travel or a destination wedding!

We had a great experience with first discount travel! We have booked multiple trips with them and they have always been amazing! We worked with Brandee and she was fabulous! We had planned on taking a cruise which she walked us through and helped us plan! 3 days before our trip, the cruise line canceled on us! Brandee was amazing and within hours had multiple options lined up for us and that night we booked an amazing trip to a resort in Jamaica! We had a blast and Brandee made it super smooth!

Jess at First Discount Travel is THE BEST! This was our third time planning a trip with her and she continues to impress us with her guidance, professionalism and passion for making our vacations as perfect as possible. My husband and I usually travel just the two of us but this recent trip, she helped organize a group of 13 for a trip to Cancun. Flying from different cities with different time frames, she booked our stay and transportation flawlessly as well as went above and beyond to set up a conference call with everyone to go over every detail and question people had. I have booked three Caribbean vacations with First Discount in the last 6 years and I cannot recommend them enough. We had no idea the adventure we would be on when we first connected with Brandee at First Discount Travel. We went on our honeymoon in Sept of 2020 and unfortunately the resort was slightly over booked due to the pandemic. We were compensated with spa packages and a romantic dinner on the beach. We told FDT along with another couple we met who used the same agency. The team was able to get us a 3-night complementary stay at any Excellence Collection resort. So Brandee helped us pick which resort and scheduled everything for us!! We LOVE the ease of traveling knowing Brandee has everything taken care of! We just returned from our 1st anniversary trip at the Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. Everything was wonderful and with the one exception of a delayed bag, traveling was safe and uneventful. We will absolutely be recommending Brandee and FDT to ALL of our friends looking for a truly stress free vacation. I love that our hardest decisions were what we were going to eat or if we wanted to be on the beach or pool side. We look forward to our next vacation with the help of First Discount Travel!!

I would highly recommend Jess with First Discount Travel. She has coordinated our travel to three resorts in both Mexico (Cancun and Riviera Maya) and to the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana). Jess is great at communicating any trip changes and really makes traveling internationally easy! She also coordinates with the resort to make sure they know if you are traveling for a special occasion or if you want anything special such as a higher floor. She even made dinner reservations for restaurants at our last resort in advance! Her resort suggestions are also amazing and the trips she plans are memories that will last for a lifetime.
