Our family worked with Holly from this travel agency to book our Disney Vacation. Brandee Reasor got together a package to Cancun for our family of 6. She did such a fantastic job that it makes my wife and I wonder why we ever got on the UVC vacation club. With UVC it is such a hassle, but with Brandee and First Discount Travel there was no worries. We bugged the hell out of her, she met and exceeded our expectations. We had a terrific time in Cancun. Braden was wonderful! He was so very helpful through everything. Our cruise was supposed to have been last year, but had to be rescheduled due to Covid. He kept us well informed and was even able to upgrade our rooms. He answered all of our questions and responded quickly to all of our requests. I was never worried and the cruise was amazing! We used first discount travel recently to take 27 guests down to Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We originally planned to go last July for our wedding, but COVID had other plans and we ended up having to reschedule for July of 2021. We booked our vacation with Kelli and she was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She booked us with "Secrets The Vine" in Cancun and it was the best vacation that I ever had. My Mom and I have been coming to Kelli Garcia for a couple years to help with all of our travel arrangements. We really appreciate how detailed and persistent she is to get the best package price for us.
