My 2 sisters and I take a trip every year and this year we went to Hawaii. Jerry Katz and team were amazing. My Mom and I have been coming to Kelli Garcia for a couple years to help with all of our travel arrangements. We really appreciate how detailed and persistent she is to get the best package price for us. Jess was incredible in planning our trip to Hawaii. All excursions were planned, everything. She made the whole thing go so smoothly. In particular, navigating the covid testing, even when it threw us a hiccup at the last minute, was so beyond helpful. We will absolutely be using her again!

Jess went above and beyond our expectations for our honeymoon. She made the process so smooth and took the stress out of what could have been a very confusing trip to Hawaii during Covid! All of our excursions were planned ahead of time and I’m so very thankful for all the fun memories we made. I will never again sit at a computer for days at a time trying to piece together a trip, first discount travel is the way to go! All of our documentation was available and made very clear for us at all times, and Jess was always just an email or phone call away for any concerns we might have had!

We worked with Candice to plan our honeymoon trip in June 2021. We reached out the year before. She listened to our needs and gave us a great list of options for our honeymoon. Once we picked a honeymoon location in Cancun, she gave us all of the details we needed to know around going to Mexico. She helped us book all of the travel to and from the resort. Candice answered every question we had so we could prepare for our honeymoon and enjoy the trip. The office staff members went above and beyond helping us answer questions when we were heading back from Mexico. Candice even contacted us after the trip to see how the trip went. I worked with Jess on planning the perfect Hawaii vacation then it had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. She kept in touch and stayed hopeful the whole year until it could be rescheduled, and she put together a whole new amazing package. We were going to make multiple stops so she had all the flights, hotels, and car rentals all lined up, and then the last leg of our actual flight to the first island cancelled just a few weeks before our trip was set to go! Jess worked quickly trying various options until she found an alternate airline to get us there. She guided us through the required COVID testing and app needed beforehand and it was such a relief after we jumped all the hoops and finally made it! Everything went smoothly from there on out and it was a dream! Jess has also gotten me to Mexico and several countries in Europe, always tailoring trip plans to exactly what we need. She is a very positive, upbeat person, and I will always call her first about travel ideas. Thank you for being the best!

This was our first time using First Discount Travel and working with Jess. She was wonderful in helping us pick out the perfect location for our honeymoon, which was St. Lucia. I really liked how Jess was very quick to respond and constantly kept us updated on our trip. She picked out a great resort for us, which was Sandals La Toc. We had a such a blast at this resort and were so glad Jess recommended this place to us. St. Lucia was so beautiful and we'd highly recommend going to this island and also using First Discount Travel to help make booking so much easier! We cannot wait to book our next vacation with Jess!

Braden Boh at First Discount Travel is fantastic! I have worked with Braden on several trips, including our most recent trip to the Maldives for my daughter's graduation trip. Braden was meticulous about making sure everything went smoothly and that there were no surprises along the way. Flights and accommodations were excellent and even the staff at our resort knew us by name upon arrival because of his excellent communication with them during planning. I highly recommend FDT and especially Braden!

I highly recommend Braden at First Discount Travel. Braden helped our family plan the perfect trip to London, then helped us cancel it (twice!) due to Covid19. He explained every step of the process, handled every detail, and gave us options we didn't even know existed. In the past, we have been hesitant to travel abroad due to the amount of planning involved, but Braden made the experience painless. Additionally, even after we cancelled that trip, he still managed to find us the most relaxing, restorative vacation in Mexico. I have booked several trips through First Discount Travel. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to have them assist me with all future trips. Jerry helped us book our recent trip to Disney. He helped us find the best hotel within our budget. He gave us suggestions on how to handle the ins and outs during covid at the Disney parks. He went out of his way to help us make the park reservations, called us when we had to book our dining, and right before the trip to make sure that we were all set. He was spot on with all of his suggestions. What really meant a lot to me is that travel companies don't make any money on Disney vacations ,and Jerry went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time.

My husband and I loved the experience we had with this company. Our travel agent Brandee took care of all of our needs and wants! When Brandee wasn't available it was no problem....Whom ever answered the call helped out without hesitation at all.This experience was so stress free and we were so prepared for our trip considering all the procedures we had to go through during these covid times.
