Once we picked a honeymoon location in Cancun, she gave us all of the details we needed to know around going to Mexico. She helped us book all of the travel to and from the resort. Candice answered every question we had so we could prepare for our honeymoon and enjoy the trip. The office staff members went above and beyond helping us answer questions when we were heading back from Mexico. Candice even contacted us after the trip to see how the trip went. I worked with Jess on planning the perfect Hawaii vacation then it had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. She kept in touch and stayed hopeful the whole year until it could be rescheduled, and she put together a whole new amazing package. We were going to make multiple stops so she had all the flights, hotels, and car rentals all lined up, and then the last leg of our actual flight to the first island cancelled just a few weeks before our trip was set to go! Jess worked quickly trying various options until she found an alternate airline to get us there. She guided us through the required COVID testing and app needed beforehand and it was such a relief after we jumped all the hoops and finally made it! Everything went smoothly from there on out and it was a dream! Jess has also gotten me to Mexico and several countries in Europe, always tailoring trip plans to exactly what we need. This was our first time using First Discount Travel and working with Jess. She was wonderful in helping us pick out the perfect location for our honeymoon, which was St. Lucia. I really liked how Jess was very quick to respond and constantly kept us updated on our trip. She picked out a great resort for us, which was Sandals La Toc. We had a such a blast at this resort and were so glad Jess recommended this place to us. St. Lucia was so beautiful and we'd highly recommend going to this island and also using First Discount Travel to help make booking so much easier! Braden Boh at First Discount Travel is fantastic! I have worked with Braden on several trips, including our most recent trip to the Maldives for my daughter's graduation trip. Braden was meticulous about making sure everything went smoothly and that there were no surprises along the way. I have booked several trips through First Discount Travel. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to have them assist me with all future trips. Jerry helped us book our recent trip to Disney. He helped us find the best hotel within our budget. He gave us suggestions on how to handle the ins and outs during covid at the Disney parks. He went out of his way to help us make the park reservations, called us when we had to book our dining, and right before the trip to make sure that we were all set. He was spot on with all of his suggestions. What really meant a lot to me is that travel companies don't make any money on Disney vacations ,and Jerry went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time.

From the booking of the flight to the resort to transportation to and from. Everything was handled professionally. We had one issue where our flights were canceled out of Cincinnati. Candice was there the whole time working tirelessly getting us to another airport with no extra charge or hassle so that we could leave when we were suppose to. 1 week prior to leaving, Candice gave us a call to review the trip to make sure all the details where correct and all flight, transportation info was correct.Very very pleased we chose Candice and First Discount Travel. Our place was amazing and we had a fabulous time. It was a much needed overdue vacation that had previously been cancelled a few times due to Covid. The entire vacation did not disappoint and First Discount Travel made that possible. We stayed at Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort. The golf course is beautiful with amazing views. The resort staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Our room was very clean, with an amazing view and the staff stopped by numerous times to make sure we had everything we needed. Although we did leave the resort for other excursions that we wanted to do, you truly can stay there and have an enjoyable time. I highly recommend this resort and First Discount Travel and look forward to using them again.

Over a year ago, my fiancé and I decided to humor the idea of a destination wedding. We had absolutely zero idea, but after reaching out to the agency, Deanna was able to provide us with a “starter kit” of information. Deanna, from the very beginning, helped us plan the entire trip and each event we wanted for the wedding festivities—welcome party, wedding, reception, group golf outing, excursions, etc. Not only did she help us plan everything, but also managed travel, flights, and transfers for nearly 60 people. Not only did she organize everything for everyone, but quite a few members of our group were inexperienced travelers and she did more than necessary to prepare everyone for travel, especially during the strange times of covid. I really had no idea where I wanted to go the first time I walked in, but Jess had so many great recommendations, and her own personal pictures of the places she could show me.
