I rarely leave reviews. If I do it is because I feel passionate about my reason in doing so. In this case I was asked to and I couldn’t say no - because Brandee is fantastic!! We randomly called First Discount Travel strictly by looking at reviews online and deciding this place seems good. That didn’t mean we were going to do business with them but we were willing to check them out. Brandee was the person we spoke to over the phone to start. We told her we wanted to take a very nice 25th Wedding Anniversary Trip but we can’t decide where to go or what to do exactly. She asked us what we think we would like to do for fun on this trip, we told her and she said “I have the place for you!” We met with her later that same morning, we had the opportunity to also speak with one of the owners, who was also very kind and helpful. By the time we walked out the door, we had placed a deposit down on a 11 day trip to Costa Rica! But that was just where her experience as a travel agent began. She walked us through every single aspect of planning the details of our trip and was always available to help and answer questions and she made sure everything was as we wanted it to be, to the best of her ability. We had the most amazing trip of a lifetime to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we owe it all to Brandee and First Discount Travel! We highly recommend them! They are fantastic and we definitely plan to book more trips through them in the future!

I booked our honeymoon to the French polynesia a year before our wedding and when it came time we were so excited for our travel! Jess Milano was absolutely amazing and planned out perfect honeymoon. When it came time to travel unfortunately flights were cancelled but first discount travel did everything they could to fix our issue with our flights and made everything so easy! We will be booking our next trip through them and cannot wait! The whole team is awesome and Jess is the best!

Deanna has help with several trips. She is the best travel agent! Very helpful and follows up to assure we are satisfied. A few years ago I got COVID in Mexico she helped me through having to stay longer, by changing my flight helping calm me down because I was having to stay with out my spouse. She even followed up with me after I returned home to see how I was. She takes her job serious and I feel that is what you need when traveling. From our initial phone call, through our trip & our follow up afterward, Jess Milano & FDT were incredible! My wife & I went to Punta Cana for our honeymoon and went through FDT to plan it. I’ve used FDT many times over the years. My recent trip to Dubai with a girlfriend was exceptional. Jennifer went above and beyond with every detail. From the moment we stepped off the plane to be greeted by help getting through the airport, to the hotel, tours, and food, it beat expectations. She adhered to our budget but brought in the glam. We are ready to go back!!!

Kelli was amazing from the first phone call to the last. She helped me plan a Bach party in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The resort and planning was 5 stars. She helped accommodate stays, transportation, flights, excursions and so much more. I will be using them for travel in the future. If you're thinking about it go ahead and do it. We have worked with Brandee Reasor at First Discount Travel for a few vacations now. And once again, with her help, my wife and I had an excellent experience. When we call to make an appointment she asks us what in general we are looking for, and when we meet with her she always gives us three or four options that meet our criteria. We had an amazing experience using First Discount Travel for our Honeymoon. My wife and I had never been to an all-inclusive and we were struggling to find help with the booking process. We we're given Jerry Katz contact from First Discount travel and we're able to schedule an in-person meeting (which I recommend) where we got to sit with Jerry and discuss what we were looking for in a honeymoon. My wife and I wanted to stay oceanfront, with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a comfortable, modern, updated room with a private pool option. We wanted a resort that was going to offer the relaxation we were looking for as well as giving us an option of participating in excursions and water sports. Jerry sat with us for close to an hour shuffling through different resorts, photos from his personal experiences and allowing us to really pick what was the best option for us! We decided to choose Oyster Bay, Jamaica and WOW are we ever so glad we did. The resort PERFECT and the staff treated us so kindly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Jerry had recommended we choose the Excellence rewards and this just added to the amazing time we had. I could go on and on about the food, night life and our excursions but none of this would've been made possible without the help from Jerry and First Discount Travel.
