Kelli was amazing from the first phone call to the last. She helped me plan a Bach party in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The resort and planning was 5 stars. She helped accommodate stays, transportation, flights, excursions and so much more. I will be using them for travel in the future. If you're thinking about it go ahead and do it. Absolutely worth it!

We had an amazing experience using First Discount Travel for our Honeymoon. My wife and I had never been to an all-inclusive and we were struggling to find help with the booking process. We we're given Jerry Katz contact from First Discount travel and we're able to schedule an in-person meeting (which I recommend) where we got to sit with Jerry and discuss what we were looking for in a honeymoon. My wife and I wanted to stay oceanfront, with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a comfortable, modern, updated room with a private pool option. We wanted a resort that was going to offer the relaxation we were looking for as well as giving us an option of participating in excursions and water sports. Jerry sat with us for close to an hour shuffling through different resorts, photos from his personal experiences and allowing us to really pick what was the best option for us! We decided to choose Oyster Bay, Jamaica and WOW are we ever so glad we did. The resort PERFECT and the staff treated us so kindly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Jerry had recommended we choose the Excellence rewards and this just added to the amazing time we had. I could go on and on about the food, night life and our excursions but none of this would've been made possible without the help from Jerry and First Discount Travel. We had an incredible trip to Cabo with our kids (ages 15-21). Jess Milano was so amazing to work with. She gave us some great trip options and then planned our trip down to the last detail. She was also able to get us into our rooms in Cabo early so that we could start the fun as soon as we arrived. Jess gave us some great excursion ideas - we snorkeled, rented ATV’s and did a deep sea fishing trip. The highlight was catching an 8 foot striped marlin! The boys brought some filets back to the resort and one of the restaurant managers made ceviche for us for dinner! We are looking forward to using First Discount Travel for our next vacation!

We absolutely can’t say anything better about our experience with Brandee at FDT. My husband and I got married/honeymooned about a year ago at Live Aqua in Punta Cana and it was magical! Holly Jenkins has been our travel agent for several years! She has sent us on many spectacular trips. We have gone to all-inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica (3 times!). Holly has also booked us on cruises to Hawaii, Canada & New England, Mexico & Eastern Caribbean. Holly is absolutely wonderful to work with. She understands what we enjoy doing and always gets us the best "vacation packages" while staying within our budget. She is always available to answer the wide variety of questions we have! Our most recent trip included 3 other couples so there were a lot of questions from a lot of people. She is very friendly and super easy to work with. She's always just a phone call away - even when we are traveling. One time we arrived in Miami the night before a cruise only to find that our hotel reservation had been canceled. One phone call to Holly and she managed to get us a room in the hotel which we were told was sold out! She told us about Club Mobay in Jamaica (similar to Delta Crown Room) and this really came in handy last week when our flight back to the States was delayed several hours. We had much better accommodations than we would have had sitting at a crowded gate in the airport. We also paid a small upcharge for a VIP package that got us a personal escort through immigration and customs. This saved a ton of time and aggravation. We would never have known about these things if we had tried to plan the trip ourselves. She even called us when we got back home to see how everything went. We will DEFINITELY be working with Holly in the planning of any future trips. We just got back from Jamaica less than a week ago and we are already thinking about where we want to go next. First Discount Travel and Holly are absolutely the best! We are so impressed with Holly's work that we have recommended her to several people!

We shopped around for an agent to help us plan our anniversary trip to Spain and, of them all, we chose Jennifer. We’re so glad we did. She was incredible! She listened carefully to our goals and then drew on her vast experience to present us excellent options; she was like a match-maker! At every turn on our trip her guidance and attention to detail were felt. We had a personalized museum tours with an engaging, English-speaking art professor, saw the best flamenco show in the country, experienced spectacular spanish dishes, discovered Tinto de Verano, avoided embarrassing tourist pitfalls and the hotel staff was prepped to treat us like VIPs— they even delivered a bottle of Cava to our room on our anniversary! All for the same cost we’d paid if we had done it ourselves. We would do this trip again in a heartbeat! When we start planning next year’s trip our first call will be to Jennifer, for sure!

Holly gave my family and I such a wonderful experience for our first time traveling to Cancun! She’s such a delight in and of herself but she made traveling to Cancun so easy and carefree. We even had an unfortunate medical event happen while down there but Holly reminded us of insurance we bought and what it can cover and it was all covered! If it wasn’t for her mentioning that, we would have paid all of it out of pocket. I enjoyed working with her and plan on using her intelligence once again when we’re ready for Disney World ❤️
