We were referred to First Discount Travel by my now sister in law and we were absolutely beyond impressed! We went in and had no idea where we wanted to go and Holly made everything so easy! She showed us multiple different places and we fell in love with the El Dorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya Mexico! Everything was all inclusive and we got special honeymoon treatment there! Holly set up everything from our plane tickets to our private transfer cars to and from the airport, and answered the many questions that we had for her! She even checked in on our trip once we arrived back in the states! If you are looking to plan a trip look no further, FDT is your one stop shop. We used First Discount Travel (Candice) to book our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Candice. It was our first time using a travel agent and they made it so much easier for us. Candice gave us many ideas to allow us to choose the best option for our honeymoon. We provided Candice with our proposed budget for the honeymoon and she immediately was able to come up with multiple options within our price range. Each option presented to us was laid out in a clear manner with multiple pictures. At least one agent had been to each location and was able to speak to the pros and cons of each place. Once we decided on an option, the company took care of the booking for us and sent us all of the necessary information. This made it extremely easy. Their service did not stop at the booking either. The week of the honeymoon we met with Candice who walked us through the process again to make sure we were all set with everything. Additionally, when we arrived at the resort, the resort placed us in a less than ideal room (the room was fine, but it was located right next to the main pool area which was loud). I contacted Candice and she and her team immediately worked to get us a new room and we were moved to a new room that next morning. Throughout this process, Candice stayed in constant communication with us and was quick to respond. When she was out of the office for a week, another agent was able to promptly answer our questions and take care of any issues we had. If anyone is hesitant about using a travel agent due to any extra fees, rest assured that this company was completely free because they make their money from the resorts. We had an amazing Honeymoon using First Discount Travel. We were first time travelers and we're new to making any sort of traveling plans. Candice helped us plan the trip the beginning to the end. My husband and I met Candice at one of the wedding showcase events. We had never worked with a travel agent before. Candice was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us book our dream honeymoon. We have now used First Discount Travel for two trips over the last year, and we cannot say enough great things about their people and the great job that they do. We worked with Jess to book our honeymoon to Mexico, as well as our one year anniversary trip to Italy, and she made the whole process simple! For two new travelers still learning the ins and outs of international travel, Jess made the bookings easy, efficient, and fun. The trips included everything we could've asked for (And then some), and we were surprisingly able to fit everything within out initial budget, all due to the connections and experience she had! She was able to calm all of our nerves and answer any and all questions we had throughout the booking process. We had an amazing experience with first discount travel. Our personal agent was Jess and she always made sure we had everything we needed for the trip. First Discount doesn't charge anything for their services. They take care of all the booking and travel arrangements. All you have to do is pay the final bill. Jess had personal experience at several of the resorts. She actually vacationed at the resort we chose. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon or better service. We will be going to them again in the future.

All I can say is WOW! Our First Discount Travel agent Jessica absolutely blew our minds with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness she put in to making our vacation spectacular. Jessica M. did all of the thinking and planning to make our trip to Puerto Vallarta so relaxing. From the flight/transfers, hotel selection, room amenities and views, and spa experiences everything was planned exactly to the liking of my husband and I. Jessica and the staff at First Discount were always readily available to talk and answer questions, and we found them so helpful when traveling to a location my husband and I were not familiar with. We literally only had to worry about relaxing once we got there...and with the welcome drinks and spa packages Jessica had waiting for us we were well on our way to the exact couples retreat we had hoped for. My son introduced me to Kelli Garcia after she helped him and his wife on a trip to Cancun which went great. My first experience with Kelli was to book a trip for my wife and me to also go to Cancun and mirror our son's trip. Before making any recommendations, she first asked several very thoughtful questions. She called back an hour later with three suggested properties that all hit the mark of what we wanted in our trip. The one we ultimately chose was spectacular. Immediately we started talking about a Viking River cruise. Our first call was to Kelli. She did and awesome job of researching alternatives for the cruise, excursions and air travel. The trip was spectacular and very well coordinated. Not to mention the fact that she did all of this while having her first child. She never missed a thing!

My wife and I planned our honeymoon through Kelli at First Discount Travel. We began the planning process with big dreams and a not-quite-as-big budget. Rather than talking us out of what we wanted or trying to sell us on something more than we could afford, Kelli gave us options within our budget that exceeded our expectations. We chose to stay at an all-inclusive resort for 5 nights and a mind-blowing, luxury resort on the last night. Kelli did all of the work from booking flights, hotels, and transportation between the resorts. Kelli's first-hand experience proved invaluable. She recommended several activities and restaurants for us to try. And we whole-heartedly agree with her recommendations. All-in-all we could not have asked for a better honeymoon, and the best part is, we didn't have to plan any of it.

DISNEY EXPERTS I have been to Walt Disney World 8 times and I am still not an expert on it, which is why I LOVED working with First Discount Travel. For this particular trip, I got to work with Holly and I was AMAZED! We had some major issues with our dining reservations (glitch on Disney's end) and Holly spent hours on the phone with different people from Disney to not only discover what the issue was but then she went on to resolve the issue with the IT department. I never would have been able to put the hours in that she has put in to figure it all out. She also got "recovery" fast passes for our group from Disney AND fought to get a particular dinner reservation for us when we were denied because of the glitch. If you have ever been to Disney you know they are constantly changing things on the booking end. It has been three years since our last trip and I had to call Holly multiple times to ask questions about new processes, rides, restaurants etc. and she was on it. It was so much easier then spending hours on the phone waiting for a representative plus fun to share with someone who has the same level of interest as you. The level of customer service, patience, and overall satisfaction was and is 5 . In the end we paid the same amount we would have paid if we would have gone online and booked it ourselves but we got so much more!
