Let me start off by saying that I am a PLANNER. When we walked in for our meeting with Kelli Garcia, I came with a clear-cut list. Kelli listened attentively and helped give us multiple options within our budget that met all my picky requirements. From there, she took control of everything! We had a honeymoon package provided by the resort, premium direct flights, and transportation was organized for us to get to the resort. I never had to contact the resort ONCE which made my planner heart so happy since I didn't have to plan anything, but we still got to enjoy everything. Making payments was so easy, and while Kelli was gone on maternity leave she had her coworker Braden take care of us if we had questions/problems. We had a beautiful honeymoon and I know if we needed anything, we could have contacted FDT at any point in time. I can't speak highly enough of First Discount Travel and we can't wait to go on our next vacation with them!

The past year have been rough for me with family, work and health issues. In the mist of it all, I've been planning a trip to Antigua with Jess throughout the year. Plans for the trip were constantly changing due to personal reasons. It caused me a lot of stress and I became depressed. Jess Milano understood how important going on this trip at this stressful time in my life meant to me. She was patient and extremely helpful. I just returned from Antigua and I had a wonderful time. The trip was needed. With everything going on in my life, I didnt think it was going to happen, but Jess assured me that I could do it and we did. We already booked my family vacation for later this year and are planning my next year vacation. Jess is awesome, personable and a sweetheart. I look forward to continuing to work with Jess

Jess just helped orchestrate a group of 27 people to a resort in Mexico. She was so friendly, responsive, helpful, and resourceful! She picked the perfect all-inclusive for us and gave us ins and outs that were totally accurate. She really made our vacation experience so turn-key. I would HIGHLY recommend using First Discount!!

Went to Riviera Maya for our honeymoon and enjoyed the sun. Everyone at the resort was outstanding and the food was delicious. Any trips we make going forward will be going through Jess at First Discount Travel.

My husband and I just returned from our Secrets All Inclusive Vacation. Kelli & Emily made this trip a breeze! :) We started working with Kelli who was absolutely AMAZING during the process. We didn't really have a place in mind, just somewhere that met a few guidelines. She was able to provide us with a few different places to chose from. After many questions, and many fast responses we chose Secrets! Kelli was great with choosing and booking, along with answering every question along the way! During our stay, Kelli was out of the office and directed our questions to Emily! The flight back was cancelled and it was a must to get home. I contacted Emily from the airport - she had us on another plane within a few hours of our prior cancelled flight (rather than waiting for the next flight out the following day.) Her attentiveness and priority was us, and we felt that even from miles away! I would recommend FDT to ANYONE I speak with and will be working with them again in the future!!!

Had a concern on our trip this time regarding return flight and Jess responded back to us immediately to reassure us everything was OK. My fiance and I used First Discount Travel to book our honeymoon. We worked with Emily Wagner. She was AMAZING to work with. First of all, we have never been on an all-inclusive or even out of the country for that matter. Emily was beyond helpful and patient with our millions of questions. We were quite anxious about which resort to pick and where to go and Emily was happy to give a ton of options and allow us to narrow at our own pace. She gave us a ton of detail about each resort that we wouldn't have known without her insight! She truly CARED about our experience and wanted it to be perfect for us. She knows what she is doing/talking about and made the booking process so smooth. If my fiance and I were to book the honeymoon ourselves, it would have been overwhelming and not as fun. This made it so much easier and painless on our end!! Overall, an amazing company to work with!

HOLLY the DISNEY EXPERT did a FANTASTIC job making our 1st Disney World experience a MAGICAL one! It was a wonderful family vacation, more than we could have imagined or expected. I can't wait to begin booking our next Disney World vacation!!!

We just got back from our beautiful honeymoon in Punta Cana booked through First Discount Travel. Our travel agent, Jess Milano was absolutely AMAZING! From sitting down and helping us choose out of dozens of destinations and beautiful resorts to checking in with us before and after our trip, she was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I felt like she was just as excited to help us plan this vacation as I was to go on it! She took care of handling all of the little details like airline tickets, transportation and even what kind of alcohol we would like in our room upon arrival. She put together an itinerary including details we would need to know about the specific resort we were going to such as what restaurants had a dress code and which ones needed a reservation. We've worked with Jess Milano at the First Discount Travel for a trip to Europe (Paris, Barcelona, and Rome) recently. Just came back from the amazing trip and can't thank her enough. Jess was super nice, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. We’ve exchanged multiple emails and made several phone calls before the trip. She took time to answer all my "first-timer to Europe" questions, made adjustment to accommodate my needs for specific flight times and hotel needs, provided recommendations for planning our itinerary, and eventually going through our travel documents carefully. The flight hotel package she recommended was a great deal. The hotels she recommended were in great locations with nice services.
