I had the pleasure of working with Jess. I can't put in to words how knowledgeable, attentive and awesome she is. She has a very calming spirit which came in handy a few weeks before my trip. I started to freak out a bit but she really put my mind at ease.I celebrated my 50th birthday in Montego Bay with friends and we had an amazing time. I will definitely be using Jess for all of my vacation needs.

My husband and i were looking for a travel agency for our honeymoon, and our intention was to go down a list of places we had gotten. First Discount was at the top. Blakley helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon. I say "helped", we basically told her our dream honeymoon and she magically made it happen, and for 25% cheaper than we had budgeted for! And when we had unexpected issues (don't drink the water in Cancun, folks), Blakley came to our rescue, got us a late checkout at our first hotel (we split our honeymoon across two resorts), and a surprise care package at the second resort we went to after that!
