Met Holly at a Bridal Expo and she listened very well in our needs and did an excellent job in suggesting great resorts for our destination wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but Holly took care of all our guest that made this planning simple. The resort we chose, which was one Holly really was pushing for was very impressive. All 34 of us had no complaints and ready to go back again. We will be using Holly again!!

I can't begin to THANK Jaclyn Kleier more for the amazing trip she sent my boyfriend and I on. We are both vegan and thought that traveling to French Polynesia was going to be tough for us, as far as meals go. She said, "Don't worry, I'll find something for you." and we let her take the wheel. I am so used to booking all of my own trips because of our dietary requirement. I can say that we will be booking all of our trips with Jaclyn in the future, even for business travel. The level of attention that she paid to every detail, calling the cruise line, Paul Gauguin, and ensuring that every place we went would have vegan food(not to mention be AMAZING) was fabulous. I did not have to worry about anything on this trip. She did all the footwork for us, so we just got to relax! Looking forward to our next trip!

I have been meaning to post this review for quite some time, but now with us using First Discount Travel (and Jerry Katz) for the third time, I have to share my review. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE First Discount Travel - and Jerry Katz, in particular. Jerry was a referral from a co-worker to use for our honeymoon in July 2014. He helped plan the entire trip, and it was the best vacation we could have ever asked for. He was so helpful and excited for us - almost like it was his own vacation! (He has 20 years of experience in the industry) He asked so many open ended & high gain questions to make sure he could really give the best recommendation to us. After discussing the options with my wife (fiance at the time) - we decided on the Great Exuma Sandals resort (Also - Get the butler!!! They were amazing & so clutch for saving us seats/reserving dinner/always making sure we had liquor/beer/etc.) Sadly, a few months after our wedding, we moved from Cincinnati to Cleveland, Oh. BUT - we have such great confidence in Jerry, that we've actually used him for TWO more trips! The following year we decided to head to Mexico with another couple, and it was AGAIN INCREDIBLE!!! Now, we're planning our third vacation to Europe, and Jerry is ALWAYS courteous and friendly with his service. Hands down the best in the business! I HIGHLY recommend First Discount Travel - and ESPECIALLY Jerry Katz. I would put a personal guarantee on his excellent service, that I would refund you your trip if you weren't truly amazed with his knowledge and expertise to help you choose the perfect destination.

We had no idea where we wanted to go for our honeymoon. Jen helped us pick Couples Swept Away in Jamaica. We loved the resort and can't wait to go back! We plan to use Jen to book future vacations!
