This was the first time I have ever worked with a Travel agent. Emily did an amazing job helping us pick The Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The Resort and Location were absolutely amazing. Every single employee at The Hard Rock was great and extremely helpful. Emily help me get in touch with Frenanda at the Hard Rock who help me setup my proposal to Beth. She went above and beyond in helping me. She also upgrade our Room to the heaven side which was a big plus. (I am not sure why she did upgrade us but we really appreciate it) . We really enjoyed the 1800 in resort credits. We took full advantage of this and did several different tours and massages. Also I want to thank you on the great deal you help us get. The nonstop flight and private transportation made everything so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend you and first discount travel to all my family and friends. Not to mention I am sure we will be back with our future vacations and now upcoming Honeymoon.

Holly Jenkins from First Discount Travel helped us plan a trip to the Royal in Playa del Carmen. This was the best trip we have ever taken in February. Holly was extremely helpful and The Royal was great!!! I highly recommend the Oceanfront rooms, they are well worth the additional money for the view and the additional dinner options. This was the first time we planned a trip with Holly and Discount travel. Her recommendations were very good and helpful. In our previous trips we have always used the resorts transportation which sometimes meant stops at sister properties. Holly recommended private transportation and I have to say it was well worth it. We got to our resort without wasting a bunch of time stopping at other resorts or a place along the side of the road to get a drink. Our private transportation was with Lamos travel and when we got to their car they gave each of us a bag with bottled water, pringles and a fruit bar. And the driver was very nice. Holly checked with us before we left to let us know what to expect, the total vacation and experience was fabulous!!!! We look forward to planning our next trip with Holly!!!

First Discount Travel is First Rate! When my wife and I decided to visit our daughter who is studying in London, we needed a little extra help to plan and arrange our travel plans. Holly was the agent from First Discount Travel to talk care of us and she was AWESOME! Holly took the time to understand our needs to balance convenience, budget, and adventure! Our hotel was central to all of London's sites and within easy walking distance to our daughter's flat (the British equivalent to apartments for us Americans). London is an expensive city to visit, but with a little advice from Holly, we were easily able to get around on the bus line and "tube" (subway); find affordable, convenient, and tasty food (fish & chips, bangers and mash, and sticky toffee pudding - YUM!); and be selective on which sites were best to spend our money and time (Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, and St. Paul's Cathedral were our favorites). Holly also helped us take a 2 day visit to Scotland, which was spectacular! We spent a day in Edinburgh (pronounced Edinboro) to visit the "Old Town", complete with Edinburgh Castle and churches that were built in the 800's and 900's (that's right! over 1000 years old!). We also took a one day group tour to the Scottish Highlands stopping at a couple castles, lochs (we didn't see Nessie in Lock Ness), and the rolling hills! It was captivating! The tour was through Rabbies (Rabbie as we learned is the Scottish version ob Robert - as in Robert Burns), and I would HIGHLY recommend using them if ever in Scotland. So this is a trip that my wife and I will never forget! Our dreams were awakened for future adventures, so I am sure that we will be back to First Discount Travel! There is Paris, and Rome, and Barcelona, and Greece, and… Holly - are you ready for us again?

Deanna at FDT did a first-class job on setting up a 10-day Mediterranean cruise for our family on the Celebrity Reflection. From scheduling our airlines to arranging the shuttle transportation at the arrival and departure points, everything that was done exceeded our expectations. Thanks again, Deanna, for making this such a memorable vacation for us!

My fiance and I used FDT last week to plan our honeymoon. We were originally supposed to meet with Angela, but she called in sick the day of. I felt immediately taken care of as somebody notified me with plenty of time. The lady on phone then said that Jerry was willing to stay late with us and take our appointment. Jerry was AWESOME!! My fiance and I had slightly different preferences when it comes to vacationing and I felt like he went above and beyond to meet both of our needs. Jerry had our consultation, booked our airfare, transportation to and from airports and our hotels in a little over an hour. We can't thank him enough for making this process so easy!!! I highly recommend!!

Planning our honeymoon was so easy. Jerry Katz was very helpful and organized when booking our trip. It was the first time for my husband and I to leave the country. With Jerry's help, we had no issues and no worries. We will definitely use First Discount Travel in the future.

We have used First Discount Travel a few times now and they just blow me away every single time. I actually found them because we refer them to our clients at work, but then I decided why not use them personally so I can see it first hand. Ah, my only regret was why didnt i start talking to them years ago! I was a big traveler that always used the internet sites and never really realized that travel agents not only find you the same right or better but do so much more. They have knowledge, experience, and are there every step of the way. Last time I went to Miami they were able to talk about the places first hand. Booked my trip told me what to expect and it was amazing. This last month we went to Jamaica and I am telling you i could have have been more excited. Not only did they set me up with a great trip at a great price, but they arranged all my transportation's, reservations at restaurants, took the stress of planning the trip right off my hands! I would never go to an internet site after working with them. Here you get someone who is personable, has experience, and is doing whatever they can to personally make your trip one to remember! The team at FDT is absolutely amazing and I just can't wait for my next trip!

First Discount Travel is amazing. They really know what they are doing. We went on an all inclusive resort in Mexico. We usually cruise, but we couldn't pass this trip up. Thanks to Angela we had one of our best vacations ever!!

I took 4 adult grandchildren to Mexico. Deanna at First Discount arranged 2 travelers from Norfolk and 3 from Cincinnati to meet in Charlotte then go together to Cancun. She arranged private transport to the all inclusive resort. She arranged excursions to Chichen Itza and the EXPLOR experience. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use First Discount Travel any time I travel.

I have worked with First Discount Travel twice now for a destination wedding and vacation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jerry Katz & his team and plan on using them in the future. Jerry helped us (and all our guests) coordinate all aspects of our destination wedding and worked directly with the Wedding Coordinator at the resort to help work through a large communication barrier. Jerry recently helped my husband and I plan a romantic getaway to the Dominica Republic and recommended a beautiful resort.
