My husband & I went through First Discount Travel for our honeymoon because we created a wedding website on TheKnot.com & were eligible for free travel planning assistance. From all reviews I have read, this travel agency is a good one to use. Holly was the travel agent assigned to us & to be honest, our experience with her could have gone better. She was not very friendly when I would call & ask questions. She also seemed to enjoy telling me things like "at anytime your flight could change & there is nothing we can really do about it" or "You didn't pay for the honeymoon package, you paid for Preferred club" when the honeymoon package is included in preferred club at the specific resort we went to, so yes, we did pay for it... as a Covid bride that was the last thing I needed to be dealing with. I am a person that asks a lot of questions, especially for something as important as this trip was for us. Holly can plan a trip, no doubt about it (our honeymoon was wonderful). But if you are wanting to work with someone who is customer focused, helpful, accommodating, or just an overall nice person, she is not your girl. It looks like this agency has other travel agents who seem like they are great, my advice would be to go with one of them. The easiest way to explain my experience with Holly would be that she didn't like to make things easy on me or my husband. There were always hoops to go through or some kind of attitude to deal with. Sorry for the somewhat negative review, but it is the truth! I wish everyone happy & safe travels.
