My wife and I started a few days early once we gained access to Betr Health. I feel better, sleep better, resting heart rate is down, have kore energy AND, bonus… list 19 pounds in 20 days without being hungry ever. This Betr eating plan seems to good to be true, but it is not. As a doctor who treats sleep related breathing disorders, I scrutinize these kinds of initiatives. This way if eating is the healthy and easy. Foods I tolerated before taste great now!! If I crave anything, it’s healthy foods!

In 8 weeks, I've lost 17 pounds! I tried every plan promising weight loss, and improved health. Betr Health is a life-long plan that teaches you the importance of gut health, and eating cleaner, healthier meals. There is no deprivation, no counting points, calories, etc. I am a 4 year breast cancer survivor, and for the first time, I'm thinking clearer, I have energy, I'm sleeping better, and I'm not suffering from heartburn! Many thanks to Dr. Ferro and his wonderful team of coaches. I am forever grateful!

I am gaining results, weight loss is moving slow but is going on the right direction! I love I don’t need to count calories or weight anything 😁. My goal is to stop talking my high blood pressure medicine and lower my glucose. I am in my first week of level 2. I don’t have a coach anymore but I love how my coach leaves my a surprise message sometimes 🥰. Thank you for the support!!

I have learned so much! I enjoy the daily education and I feel so much better. My health has improved this last month and my energy level is high. I have lost 8 lbs, but I am down a size in clothing even though the scale has not changed a lot. I love this program!

So far I’m really enjoying this program. I feel full most days and have had plenty of energy, not feeling lethargic or the need for a nap around 3:00 pm has been awesome! As far as weight loss, I’m down almost 10 lbs in 3 weeks, which is a miracle for me. Previous plans I only lost ounces in a matter of weeks and gave up! I would love to shed the weight more quickly, but glad I’ve at least lost the 10. I’m at a stand still now, with no weight lost in my 3rd week, hoping after my Lunch n Learn call it will help with this issue. As far as how I’m feeling, I feel much better. I have had trouble walking down the stairs for many months due to arthritis and other injuries, but this week I have noticed a serious improvement in my joints. I’m able to walk down normally without pain or feeling like my knees are going to give out. This alone is super exciting to me! Who knew eating differently would help my arthritis?! One thing I feel that could improve is the App. I feel a little lost sometimes, have trouble navigating the app and finding resources, but when I search for things online I’m usually able to find the answer or my coach will also provide an answer. I looked forward to many more good things to come and getting to my goal weight. About 35 more lbs. to go!!

I am just beginning Level 1Day 4 and have such positive results! I am losing weight, sleeping much better, and my blood pressure has gone down - in just 3 days!! Using food as medication works for me because I love to eat! I have learned so much about how to make healthier choices on a daily basis that I know I can continue BETR health. I am so grateful for the support provided and for learning how to improve my overall health. BETR choices for BETR health!

At the beginning I thought that the Betr Health program would be another "I will starve myself diet." But that hasn't been the case. The program has helped me to learn disciplined healthy eating and it has helped to crush cravings at vulnerable times of the day. I have lost over 13 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. It's exciting to wake up after a good sleep and to weigh in knowing I'am daily moving toward my weight goal. Some days I do not lose as much as others,but i have found Betr Health to be a great benefit and I know I'm on track and will lose the weight and learn to maintain it through this great program. The Coaching and Resources give me the much needed support to keep me going.

I have tried just about every diet known to man, but Betr, really is better! Im just into week three and am down just a little over 10 lbs. I am enjoying the foods, the energy, words of wisdom and encouragement from my coach, and a positive and supportive community.

I highly recommend Betr Health! I officially started with Betr Health 9/13 and lost 7 lbs in 7 days but I did a soft start 2 weeks before my official start date following the Level 1 Baseline Foods and lost 9 lbs, so now I lost total of 16 lbs😊 Losing weight is just a bonus for me, my main goal is to be completely taking off my blood pressure medication and stay healthy! In just few weeks, I can definitely tell the difference! I sleep better, have more energy and no more body aches. Thanks to Coach Sally, she’s awesome and my great support! Betr Health is amazing program and definitely life changing!
