I have really enjoyed my time on the Betr Program and I am thankful for my coach Luci. I have tried other diet plans where I've been able to lose maybe 10 pounds in 3 months, but here I've lost that in less than 3 weeks. The plan is easy to follow and if you need further guidance you have a great coach to assist you. With this program you are not starving yourself and are actually learning how to eat long term. I feel like I have more energy and feel healthier in general. I really love that one of the first things I heard in this program is, "it's not perfect health it's better(Betr) health." It feels like they are actually here to help and see you succeed. Seeing the scale go down and the great support has continued to motivate me.

This is more than “just another weight loss plan”! This is a BETTER health plan! In addition to losing 10 pounds in 3 weeks while eating tasty and fresh whole (and wholesome ) food, a skin rash that I have had for years and no doctor has ever been able to clear up, is now completely gone, my IBS has not flared up at all since I started the program, I sleep better, have more energy and feel 20 years younger! You don’t have to be perfect on this plan, just better. The support from my coach Alicia has been fabulous and the weekly calls with Dr. Ferro informative and encouraging. I highly recommend the Betr Health Plan for anyone who wants to lose weight AND improve their overall health.

I have tried every weight loss plan out there. This is the first plan that actually works. Tara my coach, is one of the reasons why I have been successful. She has helped me understand every aspect of this new lifestyle change and has encouraged me every step of the way. The science behind the foods we eat and why we eat them is genius. Coming from a family of diabetics I knew i.neded to change my eating habits and Betr has done this for me. I can't thank them enough!

The Betr program is great!!! I am feeling better by eating the right foods and I have lost 22 pounds in 34 days!!! Once I started eating from the list and drinking water and getting enough sleep, it was easy to lose weight (much easier than Weight Watchers which I have done in the past). Thanks so much for the Betr program- it puts all the tools you need into one location with education and recipes.

This is an awesome way to eat healthy and lose weight. There is a clear, nutritionally sound methodology, coupled with a daily app. The app helps to track food, exercise, weight, and sleep. You take pictures of your food so you have a visual diary that is shared with a weight loss coach. Having a coach provides both support and accountability for learning new eating skills. My coach is Tara. She is awesome. I am closing in on a month and have lost over 10 pounds. More importantly, I feel great.

I am very satisfied with level one and feel great, I’ve lost 15 pounds and have way more energy today than a month ago. The most impressive result to me is not the weight loss, it’s the pain loss, I was barely able to get out of bed because of severe body ache, from what I blamed on old injuries a month ago. I started noticing less pain after the 3rd day of eating Betr and it has progressed to how I literally found myself dancing to the radio as I walked to the shower at 4am yesterday. The food pictures helped me the most, and I liked my coach commenting positively and reminding me something wasn’t on the list that was on my plate. It’s a great program and I highly recommend it to anyone that’s looking to feel better and lose weight.
