Finally, a nutrition program that resonates with me. I find Gut Health and Food as Medicine to be a common-sense approach to eating healthy. It is certainly working for me. Along with eating well and dropping 15 pounds during level 1, I’m enjoying the time in the kitchen cooking and explore different combinations of food from the level 1 Baseline Food List. The mason jar salads have been a lifesaver. I’m feeling good moving to level two and discovering how different foods affect me. And my coach, Marilie has been wonderful. Encouraging me, answering questions, and making sure I stay on track. When I had some splurging moments at a party or on a trip and I ate some foods off the list, she just reminded me to “do Betr” and offered some suggestions. Just the right balance of motivation and direction. Go Marilie! It is now becoming second nature to read food labels and ask for special preparations when ordering food out. I’m a middle school teacher so you can imagine how important it is to keep my energy up. I am getting through the day easily and getting a good amount of sleep most nights. Planning and correcting student work lead to some late nights, but by morning I am ready to go. I’m looking forward to exploring all the new combinations of food I will discover when phasing in food on the level 2 baseline list. Thanks, Marilie, and Thanks Betr Heath for the positive lifestyle change I’m making. I’m looking forward to continuing the program.

I have tried dating for 30 years. I have tried yo-yo dieting, weight watchers, position managed weight loss, and then this! This by far has been the easiest way for me to lose weight! I have lost 20 pounds my first seven days! This plan is so easy to use, anyone can do it. I have referred family and friends to this program. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a sustainable weight loss and weight management program

Nothing has been easier than the etr Health program! I have lost 20 pounds in less than seven days, and I continue to lose it. No hunger, no weird supplements or anything to take. Just honest to goodness good food.

I’ve always eaten healthy foods, but added the non healthy with it. This program helps me to focus what my body truly needs. Weight loss is great, but not being sick from foods or being bloated after a meal is where it showed me that this is a lifestyle I can get behind!

The Betr Health lifestyle is the absolute best! The support from coaches and team members really helps you stay motivated and supported. I love the fact that the goal is to make BETTER choices, not to be perfect. There is no guilt if you happen to eat something that is not on the list for your respective level and it is very easy to reset and get your gut back on track after a weekend or vacation. The coaches are wonderful, knowledgeable and supportive. My coach is Karen and she has been very consistent in checking in once a week to see how I am doing on Level 3 and she checked in daily during the week to offer support while I was on Level 1. She cheers me on and that has helped immensely! The chat option is a great way to get answers once you start Levels 2 and 3 if you need more immediate answers. I discovered a few foods that irritate my gut during food introductions on Levels 2 and 3. I never would have made the connection if it hadn’t been for this program! Dr. Ferro is an incredible human being and his weekly Zoom calls are wonderful and I look forward to them every Tuesday! He takes the time to answer questions from team members on all levels of the program and I always learn something new from him and the participants. This call is like a big, supportive group hug and I am so grateful that he takes the time to do this every week! I highly recommend this lifestyle not only for weight loss but also for your general health which is equally important! I am so thankful that I am a part of the Betr Health family!

This program has showed me how to eat healthier and what foods to eat to heal my gut. What foods causes inflammation. I have learned such in the last 3 weeks of this program. I have more energy and better sleep. I'm not bloated or tired anymore. The Betr Health has given me back my youth and energy I lost several years ago. This, by far, has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have gone through years of yo-yo dieting, medical weight loss where I saw Dr. every week and ate their food for a month, and even had a gastric sleeve done three years ago. Nothing has helped me lose weight likeBetr Health! They walk with you through the journey, step-by-step. There is always somebody to talk to, and help you if you get stuck or just need someone to listen to you. I would highly recommend this program to all my friends and family. In fact, I have! They are just as happy as I am. In the first week, I lost 5% of my total body weight! That’s the best that I have ever done even with the sleeve! I feel like this is a more sustainable lifestyle than anything I have tried in the past.
