I discovered this hidden gem one year ago and made sure to visit it again. Service is great, with awesome drinks and good food. The ambience is what catches our eyes. Very cozy and greeny.

Nothing is cheap in Vegas, this is no exception. Ended up splitting the charred cauliflower, Peruvian grass-fed burger (with Sweet Potatoes), and the Idaho Rainbow trout.
Everything came seasoned well.
The cauliflower came with perfect amounts of mint and tahini.
The burger came with a perfectly done egg on top of it and a perfect amount of tasty pepper sauce.
While busy, we did not wait too terribly long for food. Would recommend if you needed a good quick bite in this party of the strip.

James was incredibly professional. Really made me feel at home. The food was great. James check on us regularly and convinced us to get dessert which was a DELIGHT. Will definitely come back.

The staff were great in customizing a pizza just like I wanted. Fresh and high quality ingredients. Nancy the regional manager took extra care to heat up some marinara and bring the homemade ranch for dipping. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was very upscale for how comfortable we ended up being. Being from Southern Oregon, it was nice to find somewhere that matched home so well.
I ordered the salmon and it was to die for, moist and flakey. Their menu is full of options for any and all kinds of dietary restrictions, without loss of flavor or portion size.
Our server, James, was accommodating, charismatic and constantly anticipating our needs. I could not recommend this restaurant(location specific) any more. We will most definitely be back the next time we visit just to experience the friendliness and class of this establishment.

My spouse and I had an excellent time grabbing a drink and a bite to eat at True kitchen this past week. The prices for quality food and cocktails, especially in downtown Vegas, was fantastic, as well as the service was exceptional. Our server James constantly checked in on us (while it was a packed house), and had some great recommendations on drinks(Smoke Show Old Fashioned is a must have). We’re definitely coming back here for the next Vegas trip :)
