Wonderful lunch experience. We had some delicious margarita pizzas. Ron is a perfect server, upselling skills on point. As restaurant managers we were very impressed. The espresso martinis were delicious too.

My girlfriend sorta dragged me here and I didn't have much expectations going in, but man, this place was awesome. The burger was great, the cocktails were surprisingly complex and yummy, but most of all the service was really helpful. Our server was the blonde guy named James, and he really helped us narrow down our options based on what we were craving.

Carnivores and herbivores rejoice! True Kitchen at Caesar’s will satisfy both. I had the Korean Noodle Bowl which was very tasty. Sweet potato glass noodles, pickled shiitake, organic spinach, carrot, bean sprout, and whatever “Chef Matt's Magical Dust”. I would also highly recommend ordering the smoked tempeh with your noodle bowl. Enjoy a glass of Smoke Show Old Fashioned and cap it off with the flourless chocolate cake.

Für das Rezept der Kürbissuppe und des gebackenen Blumenkohls würde ich sterben. Beste Kürbissuppe die ich je hatte!

So so good!! I love the farm to table concept, especially when it tastes this good!! Don't go if you are in a hurry because it does take a while, but as long as you're prepared for that, you'll be good to go. Tried the tuna lettuce wraps, butternut squash pizza, and a spicy curry bowl (which wasn't actually really spicy at all). Everything was SO. GOOD. Delicious and unique flavor profiles, and obviously quality ingredients. I couldn't find prices listed online... Most dishes are around $20 so you have an idea of what to expect. Our pizza was a little less, and there was a steak that was $40 or so, but the majority are probably $17-$25.
Oh, and there might be something wrong with their online reservation system. I tried to book a table and it said there was no availability within 2.5 hours. We ended up going anyway to see how long the wait would be and there was tons of space and we got right in. So don't be scared away if the online reservation system doesn't work for you!

Great quiet place for dinner. Healthy choices in Vegas are not always easy to come by . . . So this place is perfect for a nice alternative.

Ate here before Adele concert. Quick friendly service. We shared a pizza. Best margarita I've ever had. Warning! No soda drinks on menu, so if you have to have that, bring your own....or just order a margarita instead!

Food is really really good. I love a place that makes eating healthy delicious lol. They have such a cute interior, it’s a vibe. We had James as our server, he was amazing! Really new his stuff, and made ordering easy. 10/10 recommend checkin this place out!
