True Food Kitchen blew us away! It's got a modern look, with lots of space and a great energy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable with service being quick and attentive.
The food was fresh and the flavors were poppin'! It was more delicious with every bite from the appetizer to the dessert. We had the edamame dumplings, spaghetti squash casserole, forbidden poke bowl, vegan cookies and ice cream and squash pie. The big winner was the squash pie, it took us by surprise and it was incredible. I would recommend all of these dishes to you with the caveat that the edamame dumplings, I would have liked to be slightly more plentiful for the price.
The descriptions of the food are true to taste and everything about the food tasted fresh and had style. It also provided healthier options than most other restaurants we encountered in Vegas, so there's that too! Highly recommend, Enjoy!!
