Hip vibes. Simple yet beautiful decor. Seasonal choices for food and beverages. Tried the common bond cocktail and it had a good kick of chai spice. Hibiscus margarita was great too.

This place was such a relief after struggling to find good vegetarian food in vegas. We had the pesto pasta, herb Hummus and seasonal vegetables, all of these were super fresh and well prepared. Staff is welcoming and polite.

Seriously, where do I even start....
Let's start with it's Vegas, there's everything under the sun it seems. I was out on a random wanderlust one evening and craved anything but 'normal' food you can find all over the place. I started searching for something different, healthy, and close to my current location. Enter True Food Kitchen, which I'd walk the entire strip to eat at again!!!!
First, the menu: Finally something unique different actually good. There's a ton of the first two mentioned, but for it to actually be delicious was remarkable!!!
I started with the Hummus, don't ask, just freaking order it okay! When it comes to beverages I don't drink, and for all you Ginger enthusiasts out there, order the dang O.G. aight! Spectacular!!!!
Next I selected the Forbidden Poke Bowl (inner rebellion "forbidden"). Anyways, that was my third and final, trifecta if you will, selection from the menu.
People, you don't know me and I don't know you, but listen to me NOW..... WALK YOUR HAPPY FRIGGIN FEET OVER TO TRUE KITCHEN AND EAT!!!!!!

This place is a true treasure for the two of us that were gluten free eaters. We had the pleasure of being served by Chelsea and she was PHENOMENAL. The best service we had over the 4 days we were in Las Vegas. She was cheerful, polite, attentive to our gluten free needs, and provided a pleasant dining experience in the midst of a busy day. The food was incredible and fresh. The Forbidden Poke Bowl is the best poke bowl I’ve ever had. My partner had the Banana Quinoa Pancakes – they were also some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. He also had a side of sweet potato hash and butternut squash soup. I try to eat clean and True Food Kitchen provided a respite in which to do so in a place riddled with fast food. The decor creates a calm ambiance too. Thank you for a most wonderful dining experience. I plan to return.
