The grass-fed Burger was outstanding. Don't even think about putting ketchup on it. The flavor is amazing. And my server Chase was fantastic!

All the food was DELICIOUS!!! We ordered the spinach and mushroom pizza....sooo good!! Also the vegan double cheeseburger with a side of sweet potato hash. Lastly, edamame guacamole which surprisingly delicious, I never would have thought about the combination!! If we lived here True Food Kitchen would get a lot of my money!!! The only problem I has was finding it in Caesar's, more signs need to be visible!

We had the most amazin lunch at True food kitchen Las Vegas. Ron our server was very attentive, new the menu well and helped us with our gluten free and vegan options. The food quality and taste was amazing.

If you are looking for extremely healthy options then this is the place for you. I got Rose sangria and the other is a watermelon monitor. Both were very good. We also got the summer corn soup and it had a hard pepper bite, which was great. Then we did roasted cauliflower bites which were very good! I got lasagna bolognese which was a smaller portion then I expected for the price but was great tasting. For dessert I did the chocolate cake with housemade vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect ending to the brunch! The ceiling says BE TRUE and the whole Cafe was very cutesy decorated.

Some delicious nutrition on the strip! They have several seating areas, then you order by scanning the QR code so it’s sort of a blend of traditional restaurant and fast casual. I loved my sunrise bowl and vanilla spiced latte. I feel so much better after a brunch with wholesome ingredients and appreciate the many vegetarian options. Nice environment as you can people watch and take in the architecture at ceasers.
