True Food Kitchen is a great place to get a meal. Located in a nice cozy corner right at the entrance to the Caesar Forum Shops, there’s great open views of the entire lobby with vaulted ceilings and plenty of Roman-style architecture. Menu is really diverse and has plenty of Vegetarian/Vegan options. Food tastes amazing and it’s very unique. Recommend trying the Edamame Dumpling appetizer and the Korean Noodle Bowl. Prices are right in range for what you’d expect from a sit-down dining location. There’s also an accompanying True Bar next to the restaurant.

Great place to take people with various tastes. Easy to get a reservation and the food was very good. We were a big party so we had lots of dishes and a few pizzas. The only person that didn't like their meal got the spaghetti squash. Personally, I had the Korean steak and seabass. Both were very good. Great service.
