We had an amazing time! All the food was phenomenal, and our server, William, was so great and helpful. I loved the vast array of healthy food options, many of which are vegan and vegetarian friendly. I was told the menu is seasonal, and will change 4 times a year! They had a good choice of drinks as well, including many non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. We will definitely be coming back again. 5 stars, A .

The food and service was exceptional! We had the Brussels sprouts and tuna starters and they were both A-mazing, the sea bass was cooked perfectly, the squash pie had the perfect sweetness, and the service (our main waiter was Jerome but everyone was great and pitched in on assisting with each guest) was on point. I’d highly recommend this restaurant that cares about quality all around.

The new Forum Shops location is just as good as the one in Santa Monica. The menu is full of healthy, fresh and tasty food options. You don't have to sacrifice flavor for health at this restaurant. The Tuscan kale salad is my favorite menu item. I've tried the non-alcoholic drinks and those are excellent as well.

Went to the newly opened True Food Kitchen in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, and let's just say it was outstanding! The Unbeetable Burger was delicious, all grains bowl was tasty, and since it was my Birthday, we had the Chia Seed Pudding. DELICIOUS.
I highly recommend True Food. And ask for Emily...she was exceptional.

Sophie and all the wait staff were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the VIP Grand Opening. All the foods and drinks we got to indulge in was amazing and creative in the ways each dish was presented. Can't wait to patron again!

Quiet nicely appointed restaurant. Staff was attentive and professional, made sure we were taken care of. It was a bit too stylish for my taste, I was uncomfortable making too many requests which would have made my meal more enjoyable, but the food itself was great.

Gluten free bun on my burger was nice. I ordered the OG burger. Fingerling potatoes were awful. It was the smallest side portion I've even seen and they tasted two days old. Great variety of coffee options. I'd probably come back, but would be weary of quality for the price.

The food was great even though the portions were a little small, but it is Vegas so things are tight. The service was great, friendly smiling, loved it. The atmosphere was a little strange as it was open to the bigger mall and the energy of the Caesars Palace, so I would suggest sitting more into the restaurant

Very nice restaurant located in Caesars Palace. The quickest route to location is by accessing the valet service entrance. Food is organic health oriented. I had a wonderful time.
