i wanted to sell my house without having to make updates and deal with it being on the market with a real estate and having showings etc. homebuyers made the process so easy ryan came to look at the house 6/3 gave me an offer on the spot his assistant danielle sent me emails letting me know where we were with the process and the closing was at my new address on 06/30 i didnt have to do a thing homebuyers bought the house as is at a fair price i didnt pay anything for inspections, dye test or the closing costs. i am so glad i chose homebuyers and believe me i had many offers from others to purchase the house. homebuyers have a great reputation they are on kdka radio great rating with bbb and wonderful reviews

Ryan and Danielle made this the easiest process! There’s so much to building a new home and they took a big worry of our shoulders in leaving our old house. They were both so pleasant and responsive! If you’re planning on buying a new home call them to take care of selling your old one! They are the best!!!

Update: June, 18th, 2021. Just sold a investor friendly home through Home Buyers of Pittsburgh and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Each team member I dealt with had the same positive/professional attitude of which comforted my long-term 15-year tenant. Highly recommend this team of professionals if you are selling a home.

Home Buyers of Pittsburgh just purchased my dad's house. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Ryan and his team were to work with. The process could not have been any easier. My dad's house needed A LOT of work. It would have taken my husband and I approximately $40K and months of work to get the house ready to sell. Home Buyers came in and offered a fair price considering the work that needed done. They took care of everything and the best part is that I was able to walk away from the house and to leave all the stuff in garbage that was left. No more nightly trips over there spending hours cleaning it out. They took care of all inspections and even shopped around for the best price for our family when sewer repairs were needed. I cannot say enough and could not be happier!! The closing was such an easy process and we walked away with a check in hand.
