This whole company-Ryan L. specifically were an absolute dream to work with. After being left without a deal from a less than reputable company at the last minute they came by the next day and made an offer that worked for everyone. They were present and helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly up until the very end. Absolutely saved the day so that we could still close on the house of our dreams with minimal delay. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking to sell your property without going through the conventional process. We had recently downsized and moved to an apartment and now had a house which needed some work to sell. We had received postcards from Home Buyers of Pittsburgh and some others over time, and then started to see the Home Buyers' ads in the paper. After thinking about the options, this seemed like a good way to go for us especially since there were a few issues that needed to be addressed before we would have been able to put it on the market. The process was as easy and pleasant as advertised. I placed the call on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Brad who took some basic information and said he would get back to me within two hours, which he did. An appointment was scheduled for the next day with Ryan Lauer, who was very professional, enthusiastic, and easy to work with. We reached what we believed to be a fair agreement that day and in just a little over 5 weeks we closed. Ryan explained how the process would work with respect to inspections that would be required, and what to expect from the settlement company they use. I would highly recommend this company if you have a house to sell and don't want the hassles of selling a house.

These people were an answer to a prayer for me. Brad, Ryan and everyone else that I dealt with were both professional and kind. Trying to sell the ancestral home in this pandemic year was difficult, but they made it such a wonderful experience for me. They did everything, all the paperwork, all the connections with the borough so I had nothing to do to move this along. As it turned out, the people that bought the house from them have a connection to the house and my parents. The wife, my niece and daughter used to play together at my parents.
