WHAT is HORRIBLE is that they will not discuss upfront even averages or expectations WITHOUT details so that they can prey on our elderly and sick. SHAME. Pittsburgh deserves BETTER. I am educated in the process the pros and cons. The difference is, your company is quite bad in not outlaying norms or expectations. NO one expects you pay market or close to market. We understand this is a business for you. What is very sad and shady as a company is not being up front, and say..... we pay on normal X percent of market on AVERAGE, and we do this for all the benefits listed above.
