I sold a house to them a while back in SouthSide and looking back, I can't believe how quick and easy it was. There was water damage and the property was vacant so I gave them the lockbox code to take a look. Within a few hours they saw the property and made a cash offer. I could have listed the property on the market but their number was very very fair and reasonable, plus there weren't any inspections which made the whole process a lot less stressful and reliable. It was really cool seeing the house afterwards when it was all fixed up! I know someone got to enjoy that home for many years to come. I recommend people to sell their home to these guys all the time.
