I liked the way Ryan Lauer professionally presented the company and how the company's offers are financed and structured. I was able to understand the contract even before deciding to sell to HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh. Ryan was most helpful in giving me a visual idea of the types of improvements the investors would make to the house. I felt as though I was leaving the house in good hands to improve it for the future of the neighborhood. Danielle Smith also was quite helpful and put me in touch with the title company directly for administrative issues to address.
