My UMR No. is 47066. The tablets prescribed for me are not available in your pharmacy and outside also. I telephoned to hospital on 29-02-20 asked them to connect to pharmacy to enquire whether tablets stock has come or not. Despite the operator connected the pharmacy people did not lift the phone. I requested the operator to connect to Doctor, telling her my difficulty. She did not oblige as doctor is busy in op. Again on 01-03-2020 morning 9.30 and 10. am also I tried and the operator connected to the pharmacy but they did not lift the phone as usual . I think this is their habit of not responding. I am suffering from fever and had to come all the way from sanathnagar to Hitech city hospital just for enquiry. When not inclined to respond why the phone connection to pharmacy sir? Tell them to help the patients.
