I wasn't too sure how things were going to work out with Reeder. Our independent rental agent recommended them and turned our account over to them when he left the business. Through a disconnect in communication, there was a worrying gap in getting our property rented again. Once that glitch was fixed, however, everything went very smoothly. During the Covid pandemic, Cory Reeder kept us updated with regular video messages and kept disruptions in cash flows to a minimum. Mostly, I have to give Reeder high marks in the process of concluding our relationship. Their post-rental inspection was thorough, the recommended repairs commonsense, and the pricing through their contracting branch very reasonable. As for the unfortunate lapse at the beginning of our relationship, any business can mess up. That's not what's important. What is important is how they fix the mess-up. So - five stars to Reeder from us.
