My experience with Reeder has been great! Camille was especially wonderful throughout the whole application process and was incredibly helpful any time I needed assistance during my tenancy. Her communication is prompt and accommodating and very much appreciated! The online tenant portal system is also super convenient - My time with Reeder has been very pleasant :)

Cody came over and talked us through how it all works and answered all the questions we could think of. It all happened pretty fast and we were worried we would have to lower the rent or that the house would sit empty for a few months, but Maz did an amazing job at finding us tenants for the price we wanted. I didn't get a lot of updates on my last property manager prior to Mazarine Silva taking over. The moment Maz took over as my new property manager she went out of her way and beyond to make sure my property was taken care of. Also, she stayed on the top of the vendors, the Reeder Management who provided care for the house and yard issues. When issues arise, she informed me by texting, calling, or email. Not only, but she also made sure my property was rented in less than a month. Her professionalism goes without notice. She is amazing to work with and I recommend her to anyone.
