The application process was a little scattered, had to call multiple times to make sure they had all my information after I sent it in, seems like outsourced calls with little communication between departments. However after being persistent with my application, Camille helped draft the lease for us, answered my many questions and negotiated details with us fairly! Kylie, our property manager is a gem. She was so helpful, funny and just as excited about the property as we are. Renting with Reeder is overall a great experience so far.
