Simply the best. Look no further. Cody Reader himself called me new years day 2019 and talked to me for 30 minutes on the phone. I was in a bad situation with my currently property manager and I was very interested in changing property managers and I filled out the online form on New Years Eve 2018, and the following day, new years day, Cody Reader called me and expressed interest in helping me. Cody Reader is a true gentleman and very honest, and he really does care about people. Reader Asset Management employees are very good at their job and helping property owners.

I have worked with Reeder Asset management for 3 years. I have been to and in most of their properties. I have also worked with I believe everyone at Reeder in some way or another. I have the utmost respect and love for everyone in the company. They care for their properties and their tenants. My main contact has been Whitney Harper. She is caring, sincere, knowledgeable and dedicated. She loves her job and it shows. She is cheerful and you can hear her smile over the phone. I have seen first hand her devotion to her job, properties and tenants. I will continue to work with Reeder and I refer them to anyone I know or meet, who is looking for a place to rent or someone to manage their properties. If you are considering Reeder just know no matter what they will treat you and yours right.
