Started leasing a 2br apartment in Logan from Reeder this month, and I've been happy so far. The staff at Reeder (most of my contact has been with Camille and Kylie) have been exceptionally courteous and quick to respond to my questions, and the option of text communication has been really convenient. They were quick to process my application once I got all of the necessary documents too, which was nice. I'm a big fan of the online rental portal, and I think it's better laid out than others I've used. Move in was super easy, and they gave me a little welcome bag with useful stuff like toilet paper and paper towels too. Upon move in, the property itself wasn't super clean and could have used another layer of paint, but it's also quite an old building and they'd recently done some pretty extensive renovation, so some of it was just left over renovation dust. At any rate, the new cabinets and counters seem really sturdy and give me a ton of space, and I'm quite excited to get settled in!
