After scheduling a showing online and submitting my application, I was in touch with Camille West in their leasing department. She text me letting me know our application was approved and under what conditions. I’ve been very skeptical of renting through a leasing agency as I’ve read horrible reviews and heard horror stories. Anyways, she kept in touch with me from day one and walked me through all of my questions and or concerns (which I had a ton of! Lol) There was a slight issue with our original move in date (out of their control, something with the owners) and she still made sure to make things right for us in the end. Her communications and response time have been amazing and to this day she still checks in to be sure everything is going well. I appreciated her through this process and hope the remainder of our lease term goes just as smooth. Thanks Camille!

I feel like the application website could be updated a bit. The page asking for your current job doesn't allow for cases when a person isn't currently working (between jobs, retired, in school, etc.). I understand that this is done this way intentionally, presumably because Reeder's wants to ensure their potential tenants are able to pay their rent and still be able to have money left over for necessities like food, but it is still a little frustrating on the client end.
I really appreciated working with Camille. She was very friendly and answered every question I had. She was willing and able to work with me even though my current situation is a bit different than most tenants.
