We engaged with NEWMEDIA to develop our company's strategic marketing plan and redo our website. Everyone we worked with on their team was enthusiastic about our company and products, as we worked to identify target audiences and the best channels and tactics to reach them at the best CPE. Their designers and developers made significant improvements to our website. The public side and the admin are both very streamlined, and it loads a lot quicker. We've already seen an increase in our organic search. They set up the Wordpress CRM for us and trained our staff on how to use it, and we are now able to manage our entire online presence with our employees.

My wife and I decided to do a website with New Media Denver for our destination wedding in Hawaii. I think we were high maintenance, but you only get married once. At least that’s our plan! The guys there were so patient with all our modifications during the process, and they always responded to us really fast. New Media is the real deal when it comes to making your business look good online and getting the word out! They redesigned our old Magento website and updated it to the new Community version that has more features than the Enterprise version we used before. This alone saved us around $30,000!! They built a better way to import our products and also got us on the map for Google, even though we’re a B2B company. Their support team was always on the ball to make those little adjustments that never seemed to end, because we kept having more ideas. And they were great about it! Every location is competing with the others, so the process is a lot more involved than regular SEO. That’s what my last vendor didn’t seem to understand. I couldn’t believe it. Thanks to doing a lot of work on local citations and other things we had never really focused on, Newmedia got us in the 3-pack for 5 locations in the first 45 days! Throughout the whole process the team was very responsive to what we wanted and kept revising the plan give us the most direct and economical way to get it. Strongly recommended.

I had heard good things about NEWMEDIA. So we scheduled a meeting with them to see what kind of improvements we can make to really start to be found locally. Chad and Adam came out to our office and sat with our marketing director for almost two hours going through the issues and reviewing our options and put together a plan we could follow by ourselves, even if we didn’t hire them. And we weren’t even charged for them to come and consult with us! We chose them because of that ethical approach, and I can unreservedly say if you need a website or any marketing services then the NM team is the place you need to go.
