I was referred to Dr. Otterberg after having an unfortunate experience with another Orthopedic surgeon in the Omaha area. And let's just say the approach from one place to the other was like night and day. Haley the PA was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She heard me out and she helped me create a pathway to surgery that made sense. She even took the time to explain something else about the risks based on my specific body structure! The first time any one in the past twenty years of dealing with the pain in my knee that someone took the time to help me understand. By the time she brought in the doctor we had already reached a workable agreement and the doctor said to go ahead and schedule the surgery with the plan we created in mind. He was also incredibly kind and I felt he was genuinely committed to helping me understand the risks without making me feel bad about my weight. I have some work to do but I left the office filled with more hope than I have felt in a long time as it relates to my knee. I am deeply grateful!

My visit exceeded my expectation. The waiting room was bright and clean, and The receptionist was very friendly. The wait time was short and efficient. I was pleased with the doctor’s visit and his explanations of next steps in my treatment. It was an excellent experience to be in this office and then see the doctor and his representative.

Dr McMullen who handle foot/ankle is very good. I trust that he would never recommend unnecessary procedures. He is a great communicator and asks the right questions to help with a diagnosis.

Dr Gard had fixed my nerve issue by fusing C55-7 end of April and ended 6 months of misery, so I decided to have them look at my very arthritic rt thumb. They recommended a brace or a steroid shot 1st, I chose steroid shot, and BOOM! pain free in less than an hour. I like that surgery was NOT the 1st thing suggested.

I was in a before my appointment time so that was nice didn't take long at all.
Dr Giere it's very efficient very intelligent and told me exactly what I needed to do. I was fractured two little places my tenants were pulled but there healing well because she told me exactly how to take care of ankle.
