The doctors and staff (receptionists & technicians), at MD West One were great! All were very courteous, personable, and professional. The facility was nice, clean, and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better, or more pleasant medical experience. The PA I saw was extremely conscientious and thorough in her assessment of my medical condition, potential causes, diagnosis, potential treatment(s), and the need for additional imaging to get a fuller understanding of my situation. I felt she really listened to what I had to say and afterwards, empowered me with the knowledge to make an informed decision.

My appointments are always hassle free. During my exam the PA & Dr. did a great explaining my knee condition. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions.

Dr. Sam Phillips is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is caring, thoughtful and compassionate. I truly believe he has made such a positive impact on my life. First knee replacement 2 years ago. One more to go later this year. I trust him wholeheartedly!

First time visit coming from Lincoln. Very friendly and efficient. In and out in about 30 minutes including X-rays. Looking forward to my upcoming knee surgery. Very little wait time to see the doctor. Waiting area is spacious and clean. They called to schedule my surgery before I even got home.

This was my premier visit to MD West One and it was excellent from start to finish. The lady who checked me in couldn't have been nicer. When I got in to the exam room Dr Phillips' PA was very thorough in his initial exam and in discussing my xrays. Oh yes, the xray lady was awesome as well. Dr Phillips was fantastic going over everything with me and answering all the many questions I had. I was super nervous before going to this appointment, but everyone there put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!

This is only my second visit to this clinic. I found the staff that checked us in extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Otterberg, his PA and the nurse that brought me in were also so helpful and friendly.

The PA explained the results of my MRI in a way that I was able to understand. She also explained the treatment for my problem. When doctor came into the exam room, he reiterated the same thing. I am happy with the treatment plan ( no surgery).
