So far everyone has been very professional. Dr. Gard is friendly and listens. The nurses and front desk staff are helpful and friendly as well. I especially liked a receptionist/admitting person named Stacy!! She was the nicest person ever. And a pleasure to talk to. She made the whole experience fun...if being admitted for surgery is fun.

Dr. Otterberg is very kind and compassionate. Easy to talk to. I've gone to this clinic for years. All the doctors all are fabulous here. if you have any needs for neurologist or orthopedist this is your place. Multiple locations.

MD WEST ONE is the only place I will go when it comes to my knees. Dr. Otterberg and I go way back. He helped me with my left knee until I had a total replacement . It’s been going great with no problems since 2010, now my right knee is needing a little relief until I can schedule a total replacement. I will only have it done by Dr. Otterberg. He’s so personable and knows me as I’m sure he does he other patients.
