This office is very friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes til Dr. Doran came in to talk to me. His PA visited with me first and got a lot of the preliminary questions out of the way. Dr. Doran ordered the necessary tests and they found a place where I was able to get them done the same day. I highly recommend this office.

I definitely would recommend MD West One to everyone. I have now seen two different doctors and am completely pleased with both of them. They are very professional from the time you call for an appointment through the entire appointment. The office staff included.. Keep up the good work!

Everyone was courteous and professional, everything from making the appointment, reminders, and the visit was smooth and easy. I’m so very confident based on how my shoulder replacement went and feels; I could not have been in better hands. Dr. Rosipol is a ROCKSTAR After 15 yrs of having a useless and painful shoulder, I can do whatever I want, yes even go to the gym and workout. Trust this team of professionals to take care of you.

Dr Tiedeman was very professional & knowledgeable. I was given options for treatment & he answered all my questions. He's treated me for other problems before & has also performed 2 surgeries on my husband. We've been extremely satisfied .

As a physician I have been impressed with the medical care received. The staff is friendly and helpful and go beyond to answer questions. My surgeon answered all of my questions and spent a reasonable time with me. My surgery is only three weeks out but I am experiencing pain relief now.

Great Experience all the nurses staff doctors were so polite generous especially through this COVID I was in and out in no time they even sent me a card with the nurses signature I thought that was the most thoughtful thing I’ve had surgery before and it was nothing like this experience and dr tiddiman did a great job on my surgery I appreciate all of your generosity highly recommended!!

The staff at Dr. Tiedeman's office and Dr. Tiedeman were all very welcoming and helpful in this time of Covid-19. They screened for temps and had everyone wearing masks; they were on time and efficient as well as kind and considerate of questions.

My second visit to Dr. Sam Phillips. He is such a kind and honest physician and I truly appreciate his help with my knee pain! This latest visit while the Covid pandemic is active-the office was very cautious to avoid unnecessary contact, there was no waiting and everyone observed safe practices. I would recommend MD West and especially Dr Phillips to anyone!

I had lower back surgery with Dr. Doran about three weeks ago and I am so pleased with his work. I no longer suffer from any sciatic issues or back pain. I feel I have my life back and am able to do just about anything again. My incision has healed nicely; you can barely even see it. The staff were all wonderful and took the time to listen and make me feel important. Dr. Doran and his staff, to include the Physician’s Assistant Dave, was awesome and I would recommend MD West One to anyone having back issues. This place has given my life back!! Great place!!

I love the staff at this place they're so friendly and helpful and nice.I was asked to be there 30 minutes before my appointment time and within three minutes of me arriving 30 minutes early I was taking back for my MRI. And it's usually always like this. After the MRI I go upstairs for an appointment with my doctor and again I only wait a couple of minutes before I'm seeing my doctor.

I’ve seen Dr Tiedeman and Dr Otterberg for my hands wrists and hips. They are both very professional ,caring doctors. Wouldn’t go anywhere else They know what they are doing and talk to you in terms you can understand. It’s a bit of a drive for me but so worth it

With my case being a workcomp case.... It didn’t matter! Dr Rosipal and all of his staff explained everything in detail. They answered all questions and were very very professional! Highly recommend Dr. Rosipal!!!!

Dr. Mark Franco and his staff are always so complete and thorough with my visits. I have some chronic knee issues and the diagnosis was a shot of cortisone which did me wonders! Always welcome the relief. Thanks to Dr. Franco. Meagan his PA, and the admitting nurse whose name I failed to get. My knee feels about 95% better after only one day. Thank you.
