Staff there is always friendly and polite, and you normally don't have much wait time in either the waiting room or exam room

I have been going to MD West One for about 5 years. I love the check in staff, nurses, PAs and my doctor. I originally went to a different Neurosurgeon for my brain tumor and was not satisfied with him at all. I switched to this office on recommendation from an old friend who actually was a PA at this office for many years before he transferred to another state. I love my NS he is honest with me and answers all my questions. He never makes me feel like a burden and he never rushes me thru my visit. I trust him to do the best thing for me concerning my brain tumor and my bad back.

Very easy visit. They sent me forms beforehand to fill out and send back. I did so, which made check in fast and painless. Was only in the waiting room for about a minute before being taken back to be seen. This was my first visit here but they have there act together for admissions. I was seen by the PA and Doctor very quickly and they assessed and explained thoroughly. Very impressed with this facility.

I really enjoy going to MD West One. Everyone is very professional but also very nice. Very helpful and kind. Dr. O’ Malley is the best, I have had my knee replacement for 10 years!! Amazing life is so much better with it …… than without. The best thing I ever did! I would recommend highly❤️.

Dr. Erik Otterberg is outstanding in describing the healing process post hip surgery. He answered all my questions and concerns at the four week post surgery consultation. My wife and I really appreciate the detail and attention he gives to the entire process
